Just a few lines to echo the positive reviews about this company. Sean the electrician, Ben the trickle vent installer and Dean and Wayne the cavity fillers were all very professional, polite and industrious. My wife and I were very pleased about the way they went about their business, and not forgetting the admin staff Emily and Emma for their important input too, in securing the go ahead for the work to be done.

Its not very often you have 5 guys working in your house at the same time, but I have to say, wow was it efficient!

Every single person was brilliant at their job, and answered any question I had, I highly recommend Innov8, and other companies should try to match their standard of work.

The house is a lot warmer this winter, which we have never experienced quite like it before.
The lads were a breath of fresh air, worked to a high standard, wore shoe protectors and were on time. Apart from a little hic cup, I would recommend the company definitely 🙂

From the knock on the door asking if I would be intersed in this project it has been a smooth transition to having cavity walls done trickle vents and extractors in kitchen and bathroom All this work has been free yes FREE. It's backed by the government and is free to homes with energy ratings D and below. Within 2 days I had the crew at my house. Sean. Andy,Ben.Wayne & Dean where amazing so professional friendy respectful and worked as a team.

The whole team were very professional, polite, informative about their products, courteous and efficient. They did a good timely job and I would recommend them to others.

I would recommend this company to anyone, from the initial doorstep call with andrew then the two guys that came to do the survey all fantastic. The actual lads that are to do the cavity wall, trickle vents,3 new extractor fans,a little pointing at the back,and clearing my gutter, exemplary work. Lovely bunch of lads, the only thing they asked was the use of my microwave which of course was no problem.they cleaned everywhere and because I'm disabled even offered to put things back for me. What a company.

The whole team Dean, Sean, Andy, Ben and Wayne were absolutely fantastic. The work was exemplary, were all polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Can't say enough good things about them

We had the whole cavity wall insulation fitted back in May 2024.

It looks good its the things after that whats wrong so we also had fan fitted in the bathroom and kitchen it took them a year after the insulation to come and wire them in we also had leaking radiators after it took them 3 months to put them back on then our boiler stopped working properly it kept losing pressure also leaking water from the boiler it is currently on hot water only because when i try to put the central heating on it doesn't want to work properly. Trust mark have actually been out to look at the work they have done and suggested they come put some things right but I am still left with a broken boiler.

There was a few other things they said they was going to do during the insulation as well that they never did like repointing the brick work around the windows, clearing gutters out from the roof.

When they came back after trust mark had been they just painted round where the radiators had been leaking and didn't even look at where they was leaking from,

none of the outside work has even been done and when I have tried to contact them there is never any answer. I would definitely stay away from these if you own your own home cos you will be left paying out more for things sorting after they have been.

Both guys who did the cavity wall insulation were great . Didn’t take that long to complete about an hour and an half and cleared up after themselves .
Took the other two gentleman longer . Trickle vents fitted easily , the fans in the bathrooms and kitchen took a while longer .
All completed to a high standard and all gentleman very approachable & friendly .

The experience so far has been great. From the initial contact at my door (Tyler?), to Tom who came to do the survey, to the trades that came to do the cavity wall installation, trickle vents and fans just a few days later. Dean, Sean, Ben and Wayne were all brilliant. The weather was appalling, but they cracked on regardless. Having had a lot of work done in the house earlier in the year, I was a bit apprehensive around my plastering potentially being damaged, as well as my new pale carpets getting marked. No need for worry at all - you wouldn’t know they’d been and done work - and the bonus of shoe protectors being used. Next step will be the loft insulation being arranged, but I’m sure that that will be a positive experience as well. Shout out to Emma as well in the office for keeping me informed with the plans along the way.

Wayne, Sean, Andy and Ben were all so lovely and did an amazing job. Everything they have installed is really neat and they explained everything to us perfectly. They left the house tidier than it was when they come!! So refreshing to meet nice trustworthy tradesmen. Thanks so much guys!

The men arrived spot on time and after explaining the involvement of work required,carried out their tasks expertly without any trouble at all.This made for what could have been very disruptive,quite the opposite.....all round excellent job carried out by professional and pleasant team of experts .

What a great company Innov8 Energy are. The communication arranging the work to be done was exceptional. 3 young guys arrived on Thursday 28 August to carry out the work. They were friendly, efficient and professional at all times. They also cleaned up after themselves which was a bonus. Today Friday 29 August, the electrician arrived, very friendly, professional and efficient. He also cleaned up after himself. Great team work and highly recommended.

Well what can I say !!!
From the lad who knocked on the door, to the girls who rang to arrange everything, to the complete works finished they were the most kind, polite, respectful, hard working men I have come across.
They explained everything and cleaned up after themselves. The unity was evident and if anything I wanted to join their team hahah.
And all this for free on top !!
But yes honestly thank you to the team and especially dean (who I realised we had met 15 years ago prior) thank you

I would 100% recommend this company. I was so sceptical when Taylor knocked on the door and informed me that I was possibly eligible for fully funded energy improvements and I of course said what's the catch, on doing my own research on the government Great British Insulation Scheme, I went ahead with the booking. From the initial assessment through to carrying out the work it has all been done within a couple of weeks. Yesterday we had Wayne, Dean, Shaun & Ben who completed the window vents, extractor fans in bathroom and kitchen and cavity wall insulation (loft was already insulated) and all for FREE, all the guys were super lovely and explained everything thoroughly, they were really respectful of the property and cleaned up - win win. Hopefully makes a huge improvement in winter.

The team from INNOV8 were brilliant. They explained everything fully and carried out the work with the minimum disruption possible and cleared up after themselves. Thank you Dean, Wayne, Ben and Andy for your exceptional professionalism and a job well done.

We decided to go ahead with Innov8 after one of their reps have come to the door and spoke to my wife about the service they provide. Once we decided to go ahead , we had couple of visits for different survey. On the day of the second survey we have been given a date for the work to start. We have been kept up to date via messages prior to the team turning up. They turned up separately as different teams (electrician, windows and the guys who does the walls)
I like that they turned up earlier than arranged time.
The whole team were really respectful and everything they have done has been explained. They cleaned up the mess as they go along and once they finished. After they finished the work , they inspected everywhere and stated that there will be a call later on for further feedback.
We have three ventilations fitted (kitchen and two bathrooms) , air vents on each room windows and the insulation pumped in the wall cavities.
As the job has been done during summer and this is the first day , I will not be able to comment on the effectiveness of the insulation etc but considering this is government funded and we haven’t paid a penny , I can not complain.

All the staff were excellent, very polite, tidy and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. Had cavity wall insulation, trickle vents on the windows and extraction in the Kitchen, Bathroom and Utility. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you everyone at INNOV8.
