Earlier this month we had a visit from a rep who told us our energy certificate was out of date and we qualified for funding.
Like most people we were like, i alright whats the catch. We both work full time and usually dont qualify for a penny. After the intial checks conducted by members of the field team for Innov8 energy, it was found that we did actually qualify.
The checks were done swiftly and professionally and Tom and Jane were amazing.
Yesterday we had the team attend our property to do the work.
I just wanted to let you know they were the nicest group of people.
The guy doing the installation beading was polite, and just cracked on with it. Bless him, he seemed a bit shocked when I offered him a brew.
Andy was great. Talked through all our placement options for the vents, and the window guy was polite and got on with it.
They removed shoes without being asked, not that we minded, they were great with our bulldog and they all cleaned as they went.
Job well done 🙌
To put this into context, because our energy level was D, we are home owners, we have just had cavity wall insulation installed, 2 extractor fans fitted, and trickle vents fitted on our windows for absolutely NO cost to us (apart from the brews)
If your unsure if you qualify reach out the team. They are so nice and accommodating.

All workmen have been polite and friendly, turned up on time and tidy up after themselves. My only negative is the young man that came to do the extractor fans didn’t cover anything and the brick dust was everywhere, still cleaning this a week on. I could have covered things myself if I’d have known it was going to be this bad. In saying that I’m happy overall and would recommend.

Ive had two properties insulated by Innov8.
On both occasions the tradesmen have turned up on time, been diligent and cooperative, have done the work effectively and have cleaned up after themselves.
Communications with admin staff at their offices has been easy and they have always got back to me when making this promise.
Most importantly I have just had a new EPC done on one of the properties and it hss come out as a C rating due to the work Innov8 have undertaken.

House is still cold, sadly they didn't assist my husband with wall insulation as they agreed and stopped responding to us. They were given a chance to assist before this review but still didn't respond.

They initially agreed to assist me with wall insulation, Dean has stopped responding to my emails and they've stopped answering phone calls. I'm disappointed and been let down by this firm

The Electrician's, Plasterer really messey, three months on and my floor is still not free of engrained plaster,wish I had never had the work done,paint on my blinds, OK they replaced them, there not right though . My neighbour had the same work done,and she has carpet down, no mess,the floor was covered, I don't have carpet down and my floor was not covered.

Completed wall insulation in my house and did so to a very high standard indeed.All the employees were great people and friendly and left the house in a much better state than it was previously.I would highly recommend innov8 and am really pleased it was them that carried the work out great firm.Thank you innov8 .

Would definitely recommend them. They did internal wall insulation in my house. They gave me time to mull things over without pressure. All the different work teams were brilliant, very polite, very tidy and all approachable. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Really happy with all work carried out from all trades… all contracted and subcontracted worked well and in a sort time my home was complete, I feel the benefits from the work done immediately doesn't take long to warm the house up and takes less energy to keep it that way. All trades and admin staff are friendly and happy to listen, I had an existing issue with part of the electrics they was happy to sort that issue to.

I am really pleased with all the work undertaken. The lads always cleaned up afterwards. They were all so polite and so organised. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Overall I am extremely impressed with their work. Still a couple of jobs to do but I know they will be back soon.

Really happy with the work Innov8 and their teams have done, all good lads and mindful of the fact they’re doing the work in someone’s home.
I actually work from home and was able to carry on working with them cracking on.
Highly recommend, all the trades have done a great job and the house is much better with the works that have been done.

Anthony, Dave & Anthony were the 3 that stood out to me. Very Friendly, professional and coped well with my two loud dogs haha. from start to finish service was top standard & my house feels and looks so much better. thank you

I’m so impressed with all the work carried out in my home. All the tradespeople were super friendly and did an excellent job. I had concerns about one aspect of the work but it was quickly and efficiently dealt with, and rectified to a standard I didn’t think was possible. Communication has been brilliant throughout the entire process, and there was a noticeable difference in the temperature of my house from day 1. I would recommend this company to anyone!

We recently had our home insulated by innov8 and we’re very pleased with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and left our home spotless. We’ve already noticed a big improvement in our home’s warmth and comfort. Highly recommend innov8 for their excellent service!

We agreed to this work after women attended the property offering this wonderful scheme where energy efficient work is completed and the house is left better off. To say we are disappointed by the state our house was left in is an understatement, the work is not completed to a high standard, we have all odd skirting boards and marked cheaply painted walls and plaster caked throughout our carpets. They sell this as some amazing work where the builders are clean and complete amazing work but instead they come in, turn your house upside down, ruin your carpets and walls then leave. They have no awareness / acknowledgement to how the job should be done to protect someone’s home for example mixing plaster in the house at the top of the stairs meaning plaster is literally all over the place.
I made multiple complaints and a formal complaint in writing to the complaints officer and was promised
Correction afterwards. People have been out to records things but still not finished the job to a good standard or done things they said they would to fix it. Stay clear of this company they don’t care for your house.

Lewis came to do the loft insulation today I can thoroughly recommend this company all of them have been very professional in their work they have been very tidy they were all polite a job well done thanks to everyone
