Switch energy looked after us extremely well and was very professional guiding us through every stage. I would highly recommend them.

Tamarah, the project manager, from Switch was fantastic. Kept me informed every step of the installation, always checked in after each team had been in, dealt with my landlord, has offered continued support and was a great laugh on the phone! All of the workmen were brilliant, respectful, professional, work was completed to a very high standard. Also good fun to have around. The teams were NH Ltd who did the insulation, Taggas fitted the heat pump, SJ did the solar panels, SEJ scaffolding and Dave Simpson Roofers. Can't praise everyone involved enough, all highly, highly recommended.

All the work force, completed their tasks with great skills and efficiency

The lads doing the work where perfect throughout the job and dealt with the lady who was in her mid 80’s wonderfully .They looked after both her and her property with respect throughout the job .

What a great company to have doing my energy grant work for me. Their workmanship is top quality and their attention to detail is exceptional, I am delighted with the work all of the contractors have carried out and I will be returning for my annual service. Worst customer service ever, shame on you Bruce Jamie@My Eco. No answer to phone calls or emails. If you ask a question that makes them uncomfortable, they just ignore you.

I had a look into the ECO4 scheme and was kindly introduced to an advisor called Tom. From the get go he was kind and very thorough when explaining everything that would take place. He took the liberty of contacting all the necessary people, setting up installation dates all while keeping me in the loop. He was always available to answer any queries I may have and returned calls at a seconds notice. He is a pleasure to work with and I wish I give him higher than a 5 star recommendation as he certainly deserves it.

Switch Energy Network has been truly great to deal with from start to finish and I would recommend anyone to speak with them before instructing any other provider for Eco upgrades.
Both myself and our landlord did much research before going ahead and our experience with Switch Energy Network has mirrored the 5* reviews that helped us decide to go ahead.
Tamarah ✨ was our project manager and what a superstar she is in her role. Everything was explained clearly at every step. I had lots of questions along the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
We qualified under Eco4 for upgraded storage heaters, internal wall insulation and solar panels and all the work has been completed to a high standard.
Tamarah has consistently applied her knowledge, professionalism, and ability to coordinate multiple contractors and the whole project has been completed very quickly considering our semi rural location in Scotland. It’s been very helpful to deal with such a competent company and we are really pleased with the result which is a much warmer and cost effective house 🙌
Big thanks to the whole team at Switch Energy Network, and also the individual contractors: the insulation installers NH Ltd, the heating installers SSG, and the solar installers SJ. Everyone that I spoke to and who came to do the works have been excellent. 👍

I had inside wall insulation, new radiators, a heat pump and solar panels installed. A large amount of work was carried out by different teams. Quite overwhelming having teams all in different places but the work was carried out fast and to a high standard. Communication with the Project management exceeded my expectations, I was kept informed at all times and received answers to any questions swiftly. Mr Rands was particularly helpful and always polite.
Always some upheaval when works on your home are being carried out but this was all completed and up and running within a couple of weeks. Very happy with the new system.

From first applying for grant to conclusion of the job was quick. The contractors came fromtop and bottom of country which wasn't easy for them there days were very long .The work they done was very good from insulting difficult walls and plastering the walls and ceilings to fitting new storage heaters and extractor fans.There were a couple of issues which have been sorted out.Kieran and the team have done a all round good job from start to finish thank you for all you've done

Great experience. The whole process was made very easy and there was constant communication from Thomas who always made sure I was aware of the next steps and was quick to answer any questions I had. The installers were also friendly and efficient.

From beginning to end from the initial assessment to everyone involved it was an absaloutly great experience. Every professional was more than helpful and expertly managed by Tamarah who kept me informed and helped greatly. I could not recommend this company enough.

The communication was brilliant, the work was efficient, and my home is warmer, what more could you want. Beatrice, my project manager was really brilliant, she responding rapidly to everything, always kept me informed and she was lovely and approachable!

All in all, I am very pleased

Just perfect service, from first call to installation we received fast, efficient and professional service throughout. Outstanding workmanship, clean, tidy and very polite. Project managed superbly from day one to completion. Cannot express how happy we are with all aspects of our transfer to a new heating system.

I had a great experience with this company despite the fact they were based many miles away
They were also extremely informative about the whole system and were focused on explaining a comprehensive version of what was available before the work started,incorporating many insulation elements,solar panels and new water heater and radiators.
My home in the highlands of Scotland is remote and isolated but all elements of the work was done efficiently and professionally.
They carried out the work and evaluations in a friendly and accommodating manner.
There was excellent communication at all levels with consideration and the work completed with competence.
The overall job was managed fantastically by Tamarah who was very quick and consistent with all matters. Handling the job with expertise, coordinating over miles of distance and logistical issues.
She was very friendly and approachable and made me feel really comfortable about talking to her.

I've already left a couple of reviews whilst in the process of having our house made more energy efficient and now that the whole process is complete I felt compelled to leave another one.
Beatrice was amazing as our project manager. The whole process from start to finish ran like clockwork and she always called when she said she would, always made sure everyone turned up when expected and that we were happy with everything.
As previously mentioned - the insulation team were awesome, Taggas were awesome and the solar panel installation guys were also fantastic.
We really cannot fault the process.
Obviously, in the first 2 weeks expect your home to be absolute chaos..and I would suggest if you have somewhere to go to during the day, you do that ..because then the guys can just crack on - but it is soo worth it.
I am now sitting in a house that looks about 10 times better than before, and for the first time since we moved here, I am actually warm regardless of what room I'm in.

We really couldn't fault any part of the process, so if you're wondering whether to do this, I would say just go for it. You wont be disappointed.
