No delivery of goods and communication…
No delivery of goods and communication has now also ceased.
UPDATE: received order as Tim resent out a new one, good customer service but did take nearly 2 weeks for me to complain and then receive my goods (hence not 5*). Not sure if these would have been lost if I had paid for delivery but I hope not. Notably not Green Swing's fault but need to own RM's failure. I would use again.

Good afternoon,
We have noted that your order has not yet arrived and we have been looking into this for you – my apologies for the longer than usual reply after the busy bank holiday weekend.
As mentioned previously, we picked, packed and dispatched your order the day after it was received so it went into the Royal Mail system on Wednesday 21st August evening using our free delivery option.
This is not a premium or tracked service (others are available) and it can take between 2 and 4 working days. With the bank holiday we seem to have experienced a longer than usual delivery timeline, but today is still officially the 5th working day in that period.
I am sorry that you are disappointed by this timeline but please be assured that your order is currently in transit and will likely arrive very soon.
We will remain on hand to assist via our email correspondence should there be a further delay in the next 24/48 hours.
