While we appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review we really don’t think you are being fair. Your order was picked and despatched on the same day of order and subsequently delivered 2-3 days later, albeit to the wrong address which is out of our control.
The item was addressed correctly and this fault lies with Royal Mail. Nonetheless, we still offered to replace the items for you and as you declined we issued you a full refund.
We found your responses to our team to be quite rude despite us just trying to help locate your order from the tracking details. While we appreciate these things can be frustrating, we do feel that we did our best to resolve your issue in a timely manner and we are sorry that you feel that way.

Nice fabric externally and well made. Inside fabric already has a hole where the stitching has come undone. Not sure if quality checked before it left as the hole would of been picked up before it was sent out for delivery.
