My package arrived quick And even though I didn't need it they sent me an American converter I know that this was an issue with the vaporiser I bought but it seems that the vaporising compare themselves have fixed the issue and so there is no need to send the American converter but they did anyway just in case really good Service emails and parcel tracking was great

Had a few issues with their online purchase system which does seem to be a problem if you are using credit cards. Frustratingly, I struggled to get a response from the company about my concerns at first. However, the co-founder Marc stepped in after my trust pilot review and it was sorted promptly. There really wasn't a major issue, just poor communication from the team about a minor problem. Granted it was the busy Xmas period but it was very hard to get in touch with them. At least Trust Pilot has an impact! Anyway- the product was great, authentic and just what I needed. Delivery was speedy and efficient and the management are keen to sort issues where they arise.

I purchased an Arizer Air on Black Friday, due to the high volume of sales that day and given experience with long delays from other vendors with little to no customer service I was impressed with how quickly I was firstly responded too then assured it would only be a day late, also I can't express enough how open and friendly my advisor was on the chat service, indeed all apart from the free grinder (which I'm happy to wait for... It was free) came the next day in perfect order.
I'd like to thank Green Vapes for helping me get tobacco free and can't recommend their service highly enough!

as an asthma sufferer who had to give up smoking I have tried lots of different vaporisers but nothing comes close to the volcano i bought can already feel the difference superb product a++++++++++

I have bought from Greenvapes twice, they're not the most organised but they are vape loving people and I've never had a serious problem they didn't sort out.

Ordered a Cloud V Terra and a screen mesh, they promptly e-mailed me about not having any of the screen mesh in stock so I told them I wasn't too bothered about the screen mesh and I'd be happy just to receive the Cloud V Terra. I said I wasn't too bothered about getting refunded for the screen mesh because it was only 1.95 so instead they included a bunch of free cleaning wipes worth 2.95.
It's not easy to find good customer service nowadays so it was nice to talk to such helpful and polite staff.
Easy to order off the website, good prices, fast shipping (3 days) and great customer service. 5/5

My review: I have used greenvapes before when my first vaping "machine" died on me (plenty vaporiser by volcano manufacturers, purchased originally via another uk site....which I will add I sent back to Germany under warranty and received a brand new plenty within a two week window so thumbs up for that!)
Anyway while without my plenty (which I used for the initial switch to vaping and getting tobacco free) I researched a good portable with decent vapour production and came across the Arizer Solo, a couple of other portables I considering were circa £100 more and as I only (initially) wanted a back up till I had my plenty back, and to stop me going back to "smoking" and "combustion" whilst waiting for the replacement plenty I ended up choosing the Arizer Solo, of which Greenvapes had at the best price, so I ordered and was not disappointed!
Delivery was within two days and the adapter plug arrived separately on the third day, (this wasn't a problem for me as I already had a U.S. Adapter plug from a nicotine replacement e.stick battery I use)...so I could get using the Arizer Solo on the day it arrived rather than waiting another day for the adapter plug.
Arizer solo is banging for a banging price and I hardly use the plenty now as the solo is just perfect for individual use, it has also massively cut my consumption!! A little 'bowl' goes a long way with this! The plenty only comes out now for either a loooooong evening session or for a group session, both devices are great Vapes but the Solo is my "go to" everyday vape.
I have now ordered some extra items from greenvapes and cannot fault the service I have had from them or the prices!...top notch!
And anyone considering the switch from smoking to vaping?....do it!...it's so much better in every way!

Bought the Haze V3, first of the Haze series that I’ve ever tried. I watched a bunch of reviews before deciding to buy it and the vapouriser totally rocks! Not only did it arrive the next day at no extra cost but it also blew me away and proved to be everything it promised. Also, it’s my favourite colour – purple! The product is well worth the money, easy to use and clean. Been sitting here enjoying the lovely taste, feel so much more healthy. Brilliant.

It is well built and on medium heat it's perfect doesn't burn the weed. Having not swapped over to vape completely still smoking joints as vape is quite hard to get use to I think if there was smoke it may feel better.
