Great service, exactly what i was after.

I only smoke on a night out, so as little as once or twice a month. So the pax2 is perfect for taking down the pub and having a cheeky draw. Works great,stealthy and very portable. Very happy with this.

Awful customer service

Ordered my vape on a Saturday and my delivery date was set for Wednesday. They made bold claims/promises saying next day delivery and discreet billing which none of them happened. Sent them emails and left a review to which i have had no reply from. Awful customer service in my opinion and for that I will never order from here again and will do my best to let people know how they treat you. Let's hope my vapor comes today and works

Hey Kenny, we're really sorry about your late delivery, we had a technical problem with our website and the last 40+ customers missed Mondays shipping, hence the reason why it's coming 1 day later. We did however post a message on FB and apologise and I apologise to you as well. I know how frustrating it is when you order something for next working day and it doesn't show up till a day after that. I hope you can forgive us for delivering it 1 day later than promised. You do have discreet billing if you check. Your invoice obviously shows you what you ordered for your own warranty protection. But billing will only mention Roccamediaventures. Let me know if I can help you with anything today. I did check the spam for an email from you and we haven't received anything and do answer all emails.

Excellent company - excellent product

After much deliberation, and much research, we found Greenvapes and studied the products. Having decided on the Magic Flight Launch box. It arrived in super swift time, and brilliantly packaged. The vape itself is everything it promises to be; smooth and splendid. Highly recommend.

fantastic product, fantastic seller

Spent a long time researching, and finally opted for the Arizer Solo from Green Vapes. Great vaporizer, easy and effective to use, leaving a clear head and clean lungs. Green Vapes

I ordered some replacement batteries for my MFB. The company sent a friendly email reassuring me that they would be there if there were any problems, and the batteries arrived quickly. I'd definitely use this company again.

Fake buster

I purchased some replacement "bullets" for a pinnacle pro that I purchased elsewhere. It turns out that the bullets were genuine but the unit I bought elsewhere was not. In fact the genuine bullets I purchased off Greenvapes helped me recover the money I spent on a counterfeit unit. I wish I had just bought it off a trusted vendor like greenvapes in the first place!

Very fast delivery and cheapest on the web

Very simple - if you want a vaporizer, look no further than greenvapes. Every conceivable model is in stock and at eBay-busting prices. Delivery was super-quick. I would happily use them again.

Best Customer Service I've Ever Had From An Online Retailer

As the title says, Green Vapes are more than helpful and know their stuff. Customer service is second to none.

I've never reviewed any online service in my life and, neglecting the fact that their post sale customer engagement is superb (which is the reason I am leaving this message), their pre-sale customer service was the best I've ever had.

Let me paint you a picture.

It's a bleak Monday morning and I'm sitting on the bog trying my best to pinch out a whooper after a weekend of burgers, blazin' and a disgusting amount of Wine Gums. You know what I'm talking about.

I was browsing online when I saw a mate on fb had purchased a vape. I'm that guy... instantly envious and must have one in the next 30 mins or else I'm gona smash up the work printer like nobody's business (ever seen Office Space?). Anyway, I jump on Green Vapes website and start scanning for that bad boy that's gona get me through my Monday morning with the joy and anticipation that comes along with an online purchase and the subsequent wait of the impending arrival. Unsure of which one to choose a little pop up message comes on screen in the bottom right hand corner. 'Need a hand?'. 'Why yes. I do need a hand good sir'.

The next twenty minutes was the best poop of my life as I am informed of differing vape options and finally decide on a little number that suits all my needs with the help of a virtual omnipotent being. I am assuming this being is a person, and that person works for Green Vapes, and that that person provided me with the best customer service I've ever experienced.

Well that's my story of the best customer service I've received whilst taking a dump. For info, the poo was a 6/10 but thanks to Green Vapes the overall experience was a 9/10. Now that's saying something.

Excellent service

Recently bought a Pax 2 from green vapes. I found the customer service to be absolutely amazing as I'd originally bought a Pax 1 in blue as a present (blue was important) which were out of stock. So to help out I was sent a topaz blue Pax 2 at a reduced price which was sent out before I settled the balance so I would recieve it ASAP. Over the moon with the service and the Pax 2 is fantastic

Paid For Reviews

Yesterday my sister and I both got emails from GreenVapes saying if we left them positive reviews on hear we would be in with a chance of getting a free vaporiser and as not many people bothered by doing so we stood a very good chance of getting one of the three available.

Then very strangely after hardly any reviews for several months before yesterday a sudden flurry of dozens of glowing reviews all in one day.

A cynical ploy to increase their rating that is tantamount to bribing people for a positive review - firstly shame on all of you that have fallen for this con and shame on Trustpilot for allowing such a blatant misuse and obvious manipulation of their system as now it seems you can't believe any reviews you read on hear if this kind of manipulation is considered to be totally acceptable.

Also what about the client anonymity they profess if they are keeping all our details on record for their own personal gain what's to stop anyone getting hold of these - Mind you they keep all their own details very secret just try getting their address to contact them ( they just won't give it out ? very suspicious and very one sided )

Why just use one word when you can use ten ?

If it's not bribery or a very strong incentive explain why in the three months before your offer to give away three free vapes did you only have eight reviews then when you send out these emails with this offer of incentives you suddenly get over fifty positive reviews in just a couple of days - how stupid do you think I am to believe that this is just a coincidence.

Also in a dozen paragraphs you fail to answer why you have NO contact address on your site like any reputable company - I called and requested this several times but I was told you would not give this out ?

Firstly :- I am most defiantly not your mate under any stretch of the imagination.

Secondly :- Get your facts correct before throwing around wild accusations as this is the first post I have made on this or and other site regarding your company.

You obviously have me confused with someone else and I can only assume that is why you were ranting like a mad man about something I have absolutely no clue as to what you are talking about.

The only contact I have ever had was one call to your call centre when I asked for my Vape to be repaired but I was told that I would need to send it back to the manufacturer and when I pointed out that as it was sold in the UK by you it would need to be repaired by you or sent back by you but I met with the same refusal to help so I politely asked for your address so I could give it to trading standards to deal with as the item was under 6 months old so covered under the sale of goods act but the call handler refused to give me your address hence the comments in my review.

Regarding having issues I think you should look in the mirror as I am quite happy with my mental health and defiantly don't go around ranting at anyone for no good reason as you have in your reply and I have never threatened anyone in my entire life with violence as I am a 5 foot 55Kg female pacifist so you could not be further from the mark with your wild accusations. ( Someone needs to take a chill pill )

P.S I will not be dignifying any further response from you with a reply as I have a life and this just not that important to me and you also seem to be very close to the edge and I would not wish to be the one responsible for pushing you over just for a simple review that I would not have left if you had not sent me an unsolicited email.

We have a stalker who refuses to take any help, but likes to complain all over the place, so sorry for the misunderstanding, and yes that person is driving me bonkers.

I don't know who you talked with who wouldn't assist you with you with a repair? I'm the manager and I would love to help you get your Vaporizer repaired! I don't care how old it is, if you're having issues let's fix it!

We did have an employee who was trying to do too many things by himself and making decisions to please us but not the customer. That was about 6 months ago and he's since been moved. He got himself in to a muddle and I had to sort a lot of angry customers out for about a month or so. So it might be possible he told you that, I'm not sure?

However back to your Vaporizer, send me a mail to info@greenvapes.co.uk and let's get it fixed for you, I'm sorry you have been misinformed. As for not showing our address, and I don't really want to promote the idea on here, we have had a few bands of gangs that order from us originals and try and send back fakes. When we displayed our address, they simply, sent them back and put in a claim and it cost us thousands. So now we take photos of each Vaporizer going out and register the serial number in the Databank. That is the real reason why we don't display our address. For example in your case if you have a Vaporizer that needs to be returned, simply send me a mail and I'll get you a so called RMA and give you the details to send your Vaporizer back to be repaired.

So again, sorry for the confusion yes I'll admit I thought you were a person who has caused a lot of threats. Please get in touch and I'll get your Vaporizer fixed and make sure that you're also compensated.

Arizer-air

This is a well designed and quality made device. It works essentially the same as a Solo, but takes user replaceable 18650 batteries. And it feels and looks a lot smaller than the Solo. The heat menu is colour coded rather than having a row of LED's - its easy as pie to set and change your temp. I seem to be getting less airflow resistance with the Air vs the Solo, which is nice and makes for easier puffs. The smaller glass stems and the mouth piece are a nice touch as well. Like the Solo, this can be used in pass-through mode while plugged in and charging. Vape quality is excellent. I'm getting great flavour and vapour production from loosely packed dry herbs. I'd say the vape quality with the air is slightly better than the solo, because I seem to be getting better airflow with the Air. Dry herbs are vaped to a nice dark brown colour and nothing is combusted. I'm very impressed with this device. It's quickly become my new workhorse. greenvapes.co.uk was also very quick shipping out my vape - they were easy to order from and everything arrived well packed. Their price at the time of ordering was the best price I found anywhere online, which heavily influenced my decision to order from them. Thanks, Greenvapes! I love you.

Arizer Extreme Q

Quick postage and I must say I love it. My first desktop vape and it is a quality item, whip, balloon it's brilliant and you cannot underestimate the value of a remote control or indeed auto shut off. A marvellous product. Many thanks

Superb Company - Green Vapes, highly recommended

I bought a Black Arizer Solo Portable Vaporizer from Green Vapes, The product is top quality and delivered very fast. Excellent customer service and generally one of the best internet company`s I have ever used. Vaporizers are the future in my eyes and my health has improved considerably since giving up tobacco. Everyone that has tried the Arizer is very impressed with its capability for its size. All good :))

outstanding delivery and customer service trust fully and will allways use again

I had my doubts about spending so much money on a product from a company that did have some bad write ups online but ignore what you read. The staff and manager are such nice people to deal with, extremely helpful and full of good advice. I ordered my pax 2 which was delivered the next day and I have to say it is the best thing ever, so efficient, a joy to use and the health benefits are outstanding. I wanted mine to get rid of my nicotine addiction and it has worked perfectly, there are a number of different herbs etc you can vape including mint and with the pax you still have something in your hand tom ease the mental / psychological thing about needing something to fiddle with and puff on. Its portability is fantastic though get some strange looks of people wondering why im sucking on what appears to be mp3 player.
If you want to improve your health save herb etc get a pax 2 you will never look back and for an efficient helpful purchase use greenvapes as purchasing from here allowed me to register my pax with ploom, they will not register with all companies one of their spokespersons told me and you need to register in case of faults etc.
