Greenwood’s Estate agents were everything that we could have asked from any estate agents! There staff were always polite, helpful and knowledgeable and they worked tirelessly on our sale getting us an excellent price in a time efficient sale. They managed all aspects of the sale and made everything go as smoothly as possible. I can’t rate them highly enough

The entire Greenwoods team are fantastic. Everyone is friendly and I never had any issues with contact. All of the viewings were carried out by the team and they were very understanding of my changing availability. I then received regular updates through the process meaning I knew exactly where we were at all teams.

I would highly recommend Greenwoods. We have been very happy with the service we have received selling our house close to Victoria Park, Bristol. They created a good impression right from the start. The whole process was very easy. They ran the whole advertising and viewing process very smoothly. They gave us really sound advice when we were considering the offers received. Then through the legal process they were very proactive in chasing up all the parties in the chain and advising us when necessary. We particularly liked the fact that it’s quite a small branch office so we only dealt with 3 or 4 different people so we felt it was quite a personal service and they were all very on the ball. It was the branch manager, Phil who did a lot of the work moving the sale along once we’d accepted the offer. Phil is clearly very experienced so we felt we were in safe hands. Their fee was also very competitive.

Both Louise and Phil at Greenwoods came across as very genuine and did everything they could to help us with buying our first home. They have changed my perception of estate agents and I'd certainly recommend Greenwoods.

I would thoroughly recommend Greenwoods. They were in contact with us regularly giving updates and guidance, the staff were all lovely and they made the whole experience as easy as it could be for us. We would recommend Pete especially who was massively helpful to us.

Vicky was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to help me and was also helpful with any questions I had at any time! We have experienced a lengthy sale of nearly 10 months, which was a little frustrating although no real fault of Greenwoods. However, throughout the experience our sales progressor communicated regularly and efficiently with us, keeping us fully up to date with any developments, and indeed any shortcomings in developments!
Marketing seemed good, and they were happy to alter some photos at our request.
Their initial valuation of the property was a little optimistic, and Greenwoods had the decency to admit this.
All in all, Yes, we'd definitely recommend them !!

Greenwoods in Totterdown, Bristol were helpful, friendly, honest and always willing to accommodate us.
They made buying our house a lot less difficult and have continued to help us even after moving in!

We were very pleased to sell our house through Greenwoods. From the start of the process to the end everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and keen to help. The team dealing with pulling together the particulars and photos did a great job and explained everything that we'd asked about. They were great with people coming around to view, and did a good job of keeping us up to date on visiting times as they moved around. Finally, during the process of finalising the sale Phil did a tremendous job of keeping the chain moving and chasing up different things as and when they needed a shove. It felt like he certainly kept things on track as they ran the risk of getting derailed once or twice. We would certainly recommend then to anyone else to use, and should we move again we'll use them too!
