It was great, at first i didnt recieve the video but that was a problem at my side. Send them an email and within an hour i recieved one back with the video and proof that they sent them! Awesome gift!!

Ordered 8 days ago so doesn't abide by 1-3 days of receiving the video. I have emailed the contact page 4 times and still no response, giving them another few days then I will try contacting my bank for a refund. Order number 6307.

PROBABLY SCAM. DO NOT ORDER.
I ordered a video for my wife's birthday, 10 days before the day! I also paid for priority in case they are busy so I am sure I will have it on time.
They promise delivery after 1-3 bussines days but I am still waiting 2 weeks now.
After tones of emails I send them they finally replied and said the picture I sent them was violating their rules.
Nobody bother to let me know and I ended up giftles for wife's birthday.
Probably scam, im already missing my money.
