Grewal Transport Service Reviews

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a transport agency.

I wanted to transport my Royal Enfield Bullet from Delhi to Bangalore, so I contacted Grewal Packers. They assured me that the bike would be delivered to my doorstep within 5–6 days. However, I received my bike only after 15 days.

During this period, there were several communication issues. They stopped responding to my calls and messages, and at one point, I had to seek help from the police just to get an update about my bike.

When I finally received the bike, I found that the number plate and its outer cover had been damaged/broken.

There was another frustrating issue with the fuel. I normally keep around 5–6 litres of petrol in my Bullet's tank. When the delivery person came to drop the bike, he told me that additional petrol was required because the bike had been taken to their Gurugram warehouse and then from the Bangalore warehouse to the final delivery point. He asked us to put ₹500 worth of petrol in the bike.

I had no idea that the petrol in my bike would apparently be used during transportation. After the bike was delivered, it wouldn't start because there was no petrol left. I then had to arrange an emergency delivery of 2 litres of petrol for ₹599 just to get the bike started.

I initially dealt with Surender and Mohit, but unfortunately, both of them eventually stopped responding to my calls and messages.

Overall, the 15-day delay, lack of communication, damaged number plate, and the fuel-related experience made this a very frustrating experience.

If you're planning to transport your bike with Grewal Packers, I would strongly recommend that you research your options carefully and clarify everything in writing beforehand, especially the delivery timeline, fuel policy, damage liability, and communication process.

Sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before handing over their vehicle.

This is a fraud site. They will take the token amount and then won't pick the phone. I have given amount on +917011618193 and called several times but no response. Then I called on +918685904777. He said, "Call on that number, we are from the Bombay head office." When I asked him that I would complain, he said, "Do whatever you want."

They are fraud they looted 10k extra from me and broken my goods while delivering. Big time fraud . Never take any services.

Advance payment lene ke baad inhe location dur lagne lagti hai.....bolte hain packing khud kar lo meri team busy hai.

Car was delivered on time and in good condition.
Good service.

These people are frauds. They will take advance and never revert back. I had to literally approach police to get my advance back. And that too they still deducted Rs 1000 as booking charges for a truck that they never sent. Chor hain saale, chindi chor. They even argues with the police as they gave false address to police. Do not take any service from them. Big time frauds, scoundrels. Surender is the biggest thief in this fake company. Don't go their good reviews, they are all fake. Don't get trapped. I can share my WhatsApp chat screenshots but there's no option for that here.

Driver is texting while driving on Interstate 81 in Virginia, at mile marker 45. Work Zone with a lane closure up ahead. Traffic stacked but moving at around 40 MPH.

Mr. Surendra Grewal helped me satisfactorily transport my household items across cities.

WORST SERVICE EVER. THERE ARE HIDDEN CHARGES WHICH THEY'LL ASK FOR WHEN YOU HAVE ALREADY GIVEN YOUR GOODS TO THEM SO WE NEED TO PAY THEM AS WE DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION. THEY DO NOT STICK TO THE COMMITTMENTS AT ALL. THEY GIVE RANDOM ANSWERS AND THE WORST PART IS THEY'LL NOT PICK YOUR CALL ONCE YOU PAY THE FULL PAYMENT. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT OUR GOODS WHICH ARE WORTH LAKHS.

Don’t book for packing and moving Grewal transport those people are big scammers. Aise logo se sawdhan ho jaye. Grewal transport kavi v book na karo. Ye bahut bada cheater hai

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seamless and Stress-Free Moving Experience!

I recently hired Grewal Transport Packers and Movers for my home relocation, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. The team was punctual, well-organized, and highly professional. They handled all my belongings with great care, especially the fragile and valuable items.

The loading and unloading process was quick and efficient, with no damage whatsoever. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, making the move completely stress-free. What stood out most was their friendly demeanor and their flexibility in accommodating last-minute requests.

Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly recommend Grewal Transport Packers and Movers to anyone planning a move.

Nice experience with the Grewal transport and Surendra grewal is in contact in various stages and make that my luggage reach at my destination on time.

Grewal services were good and they did quick house shifting and were very helpful. Surendra Grewal helped us to do booking and was very helpful

It was stressful experience. After providing all the details prior about pick up location and details of luggage. At last min they raised the price for just wrapping it with film from 70/kg to 85/kg which due to my urgency I agreed too but they kept taking advantage of situation. They asked to take print out of stickers but all shops closed I requested them to take a print out n said I’ll pay the xerox charges. Refused to send packaging pictures that they have wrapped with film and ended up sending pictures just with stickers and said for just the print out it’s 85rs/kg. Long story short After 4 days of touring experience and requesting to speak with someone higher they agreed to original price. One day prior shipment was suppose to arrive status showed shipment cancelled by merchant. After following up again as moving to another state with all my utilities with them. They updated the status next day and deliver the package in pieces. Boxes torn, tape removed. Services could a lot be better and should maintain clarity in terms of terms and conditions rather than putting customers in a difficult position. I do not wish to take any names , gave 2 since I got my luggage on time. For service it’s definitely a minus.

Great on time service. Surendra Grewal managed everything very smoothly and they delivered before time.
