Grewal Transport Service Reviews

Some initial hiccups at starting regarding information and delivery timeline delay.
But scooter was delivered fine from Delhi to Rohtak at competitive pricing.
Overall satisfied with service provided my Mr Surendra Grewal.

Grewal transport service. They are very professional and deliver products safely. Mr. Surendra Grewal is very helpful and responsive. Gives timely updates as well.

They are scammers they will take your things and will start blackmailing you to pay double or triple amount. Kuldeep and surinder both of them are bloody cheaters don’t trust them at all

I want to share my negative experience with Grewal Transport Company. After making an advance payment, they refused to pick up my shipment as agreed and are now denying to return the advance payment.

I strongly advise against using this company, as they have acted in a fraudulent manner. I would never recommend their services to anyone

On time pick up. Good packing. Well behaved staff. Mr Surendra, who handled the interaction is a thorough professional.

Big Time Scammers, Dont get into trouble by giving your valuable goods to these scammers
Scammer No1 - Surendra
Scammer No 2- Rohan

They mint money and did not even bother about any thing once you do full payment
Avoid them from all your future business prospectus

I used Grewal Transport to move my car across states, and they delivered as promised. The staff was very professional and kept me updated throughout the journey. A trustworthy and efficient transport company!

I had a great experience with Grewal Transport. They were prompt, efficient and very organised. The entire process was seamless, from booking to delivery. I will definitely use their services again!

I recently needed to send my belongings from Bangalore to Delhi, and I chose Grewal Transport for the job. Mr. Surender from their team provided exceptional assistance at every step of the process, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. I was thoroughly impressed by his dedication to customer service from start to finish.

Not only was the delivery service swift, but my packages were also picked up from my doorstep in Bangalore and delivered right to my doorstep in Delhi ahead of the promised date. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and highly recommend Grewal Transport for their reliable and efficient service.

Superfast and excellent service. No delay in delivery. Mr. Surendra was of great help. Best transport service

Thanks for surender, who helped me from the beginning till the end of process and picking up my calls when ever I have an enquiry. Service is good, I have received my bike from Bangalore to Amritsar without any damage.

I called and asked for some queries. The person on the phone sounded very rude and arrogant and he had the audacity to tell me that ' many people like you only call and enquire'. I will not recommend this transport company. This transport company will surely shut down in some time if their staff behaves like this with every caller. They should be trained to be polite and courteous.

I had an excellent experience with Grewal Transport Service. They transported my fragile electronics from Delhi to Manipur, and my parcels arrived on time and in perfect condition. Mr. Surendra Grewal was very professional and knowledgeable and he helped me through the entire process. I highly recommend their service.

BEWARE. SCAMMERS. CHEATERS.

They overcharge. A 63 kg package as 120 kg.

These people are big time cheaters. They first gave a quotation of packing and delivering for Rs 80/kg. Later they added docket charge saying it's tracking number. Which is wrong as they take Delhivery as their delivery partner and that has a tracking number by itself. No extra charges are required. Moreover they took 600rs for insurance. Insurance they said is for making sure your package is sent without any damages. They are big time liars, I received a open package and the entire box got damaged. The biggest scam is that while we weighed the package before delivery, it was 63 kgs but they have charged us for 110kgs. I had asked them before delivery and they assured me that if by chance it's extra weight they will refund. Even the Delhivery partner has written 65 kgs on their billing form. I showed them videos of the weight and they have no proof of anything. I have the recording of all the calls.
The owner kuldeep singh with Surendra as his partner in crime have no proof of anything. They aren't responding to my calls well. They have been rude and harassing. Just for reference their names are Surendra and kuldeep singh.

They say the extra weight of 47 kgs is the Dimensions. They are cheating the customers and charged us double the amount. BEWARE. DON'T BOTHER. They have been harassment.
