I’ve been using Grey for well over a year now but on the 2nd of April, they held my money which was received from Airbnb and it’s been over 5 days now, still nothing. On that day, they asked me to provide all the necessary info which I did and till now nothing. They kept saying that they are reaching out to their banking partners. My money is still pending as at the time I’m typing this message. Greyyyy. If you can see this, kindly unlock my money. Or is the platform about to crash??? I have been struggling to settle micro operations in my business because of this delays. After this, I am deleting my Grey App!!!!

Based on my experience of about a month with this bank, it was very good. The interface is simple and user-friendly, money transfers are fast, and you can find multiple bank accounts and an excellent Visa card. Very good rating.

I am new to Grey and I recieve payments from businesses and individuals. I keep getting conflicting answers from agents about the possibility of receiving funds from an individual in China. The transaction has been rejected and I have no idea why . Hi! So now you say China is not supported when 5 of your agents said I can recieve money from China!!! Very disappointing!
