Terrible company. Ordered £30 worth of vape juices that didn't turn up. When they eventually got back to me they promised a refund within 7 days but this never came. I have opened a dispute with my bank, which they have yet to respond to. Pathetic excuse for a company. AVOID!

I always order from grey haze. Great deals and good customer experience. Everything arrives timely and there is good variety of shipping options. Only minus is the loyalty points that cannot be used on deals and as there are many deals constantly on it is hard to get the points used.

Wouldn't touch this lot with a barge pole, bought 3 bloody bars, eventually all 3 vapes leaked, after umpteen emails, messages etc still no further forward, definitely last ill be using them, customer service is a joke !!!!

Orderd 8 vapes only 7 came ( took ages for delivery) .sent emails etc no answer and no communication whatsoever. Terrible service would never use again (friend orderd same day and still not received his order after 2 weeks ) avoid use a reputable shop

I ordered a product for around £70 paid extra for 1-2 days delivery. 2 weeks later no product, it never made it to royal mail. Finally got an email to say they would issue refund once they'd investigated it. I replied and never heard anything back - that was also now 2 weeks ago. So a month after ordering I am £70 down and no product and no further forward....

Horrible service, stay away.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from them, it was stopped in the mail in my country and didn't move for a month, I asked them to request an investigation (it has to come from them) 4 times before I finally got an answer, then I waited another 2 weeks with no updates which I requested twice, and then my local postage service told me it wasn't legal to import nicotine from UK anymore, which means they broke UK law when they exported it in the first place, tried 3 times to get in contact with them after, but they just ignore me and quietly removed most European countries from their shop.

Returns experience is sorely lacking and disappointing. I've had a good experience with Grey Haze prior, but you only really get the measure of a business when something goes wrong.

took over two weeks for my order to be shipped, had to phone multiple times to chase them to send it.

Good prices - reliable delivery (although delivery is not cheap and could be better by not using RM)

Only complaint is their checkout is a bit glitchy - I have loads of reward vouchers in my basket that can't be used - support was not helpful with sorting it out

A genuinely reliable online vape shop, but what wrecks the 5 star potential, is their insistence on using such a **** delivery service as royal mail, good luck, I'm completely out of liquid currently, and cannot afford to go to a Oxford vapers, so my ability to do so is being dictated by a service that leaves goods in a warehouse for days, gets to them when they can, and tick boxes when they can't, making you think your delivery is on its way, when it never was, sick of them, stop using them, if it's bc of regulations, tell our Delusional government to stick its nose, where the sun don't shine, so bloody sick of royal mail, stop using them!!!

Great service and delivery both orders I’ve made, spoke to support about stock of a product and they were very quick to respond and offer me alternative brands to the flavour I wanted.

My orders have consisted of grey haze blends juice, I use to order and pretty much exclusively vape this line of juice around 6 years ago I’d say but totally forgotten about it for some reason until recently.

They’ve got some great flavours and at the prices they’re selling them at you really can’t go wrong, plus you can tell they’re not jacked full of sweetener as they state “coil friendly”

Asbo is my favourite currently, like a ribena or Vimto cloan and is delicious!! Coffee & cigarettes is very nice also!!
