Customer resolution, does not support the customer

The customer service is unacceptable. Secondly, their sizes vary based on fabrics. The sad part is they will not allow exchanges. Using return guidelines. Even if it product has issues. Spent thousands. A size problem with Dunning was resolved quickly. Can't say enough about this company!!! They are very customer focused and great products. Also, I recommend Holderness & Bourne great golf attire!!

Bad service; still haven't received my credit for return item

I am not sure what is going on with this organization, but I made an order online; 5 polos for my husband; 1 Cleo button down blouse for myself. Long wait time for delivery and when a box arrived, only 3 polos and the Cleo button down...no mention of the other 2 polos whereabouts. Called got the run around; finally received the other 2 polos. Cleo blouse didn't fit and I paid $6.00 to restock. They received package on 2.26 @ warehouse; advised it would take 2 weeks to refund the $??? Here it is 3.24 no refund has been issued and I just got some run around about what I returned wasn't the Cleo blouse. Yes, it was and I guess I will have to take up the credit with Chase. RIDICULOUS service; actually non-existent. Better to buy in golf clubhouses!!!

Returned ~ $1,100 worth of items…

Returned ~ $1,100 worth of items 1/22/26 that did not fit. Still waiting for a refund on 3/4/26 after sending several email inquiries. They received my returned items and informed me I was "in the queue" for a refund. Instead I filed a complaint with Amex who graciously refunded me in full and is investigating this with Greyson on my behalf. I would never shop at Greyson again.

I'll start by saying I love Greyson colorful print shirts. On the other hand, their customer service is dreadful. I ordered 4 shirts but accidentally ordered 2 in a wrong size - my fault. Over a month ago, I returned the 2 mis-ordered shirts and have been waiting for a refund ever since. Greyson acknowledges the returned shirts were received but because of "warehouse reorganization issues" my refund has been delayed. It took 30 seconds to take my money - where is my refund?

They never answer the phone

They never answer the phone. AI wolf is the only one that responds to emails. The sweatshirt I received is not as described. It is supposed to have an embroidery logo. It is a cheap iron on. It took way to long to received the sweatshirt and they never sent the second one. Way over priced for clothing made in Peru.

Shoe material very cheap

bought a pair of shoes, they looked prety well made upper leather, but when I received them after 3 weeks, oh no!! material was very cheap, the bottom part was a joke!! like you easily can be exposed to nails, pieces of glass, it will traspass your shoe sole without any problem! will never buy here anymore!

I placed an order over two months ago…

I placed an order over two months ago and have had nothing but problems since. I’ve made multiple phone calls, sent several emails, and was repeatedly told someone would follow up or that my case had been escalated to leadership — yet no one ever actually responded with a real solution.

I asked for a simple replacement with a different model vest and was extremely clear about what I needed (the collar was scrunched on the original and replacement). Instead, I was met with delays, empty promises, and complete lack of communication. Being told “someone will reach out” over and over with zero follow-through is beyond frustrating — it shows a serious breakdown in accountability and customer care.

At this point, the biggest issue isn’t even the product — it’s the way customers are handled when something goes wrong. Two months to resolve a straightforward issue is unacceptable by any reasonable service standard.

If this company wants to improve, they need to fix their escalation process, actually follow up when they say they will, and empower support to resolve problems instead of stringing customers along indefinitely.

30 Business Day Refunds

Quality sweatshirt, cost was $250. I had to pay shipping to return the item. I emailed them to check on when I would receive my refund. They said it takes up to 30 business days. I have never heard that from any business ...... holing my $250 for 30 business days is a trash move.... they lost me for life!!

No customer service

The customer service seems to be nonexistent. I bought a shirt and what arrived was way too small and I didn’t like the fabric. All the tags and communications were in Chinese. A week ago I sent an email to customer service, but have never gotten a reply. Today I called them and got voicemail. No one has called me back.
