My other defense program caught a Trojan and said that it was severe and they could not remand it entirely. I immediately searched for solutions and decided on Gridinsoft. I loaded the software and it found dozens of questionable files! I did a thorough search of all my drives and it found 866 files! The other program said everything was fine. I am very happy that Gridinsoft updates their program immediately when they learn of new threats. I am a satisfied customer and was pleased with the thoroughness of the scans. Thank you Gridinsoft!

Free trial ? No, they always have a problem, for me is server too busy

I`ve been with Gridinsoft for a few years now, initially having signed up with them in order to get help removing a Trojan. The software performed brilliantly in achieving the task of trojan-removal. Over the years it has kept my computers safe from viruses, always erring on the side of caution when alerting me to issues that could be problematic for my pc.
I think the cost is pretty decent value for money and I intend to keep their software for the foreseeable future.
I was prompted to write this positive review when today I had to email Gridinsoft regarding a problem I had downloading a Threat Update. Their response was brilliant: they got back to me very quickly and sent me advice and a link with which I was immediately able to rectify the problem. That`s what I call good customer service!
So, good product, good customer service and good value for money

Great software that I have been using for long time. Updated frequently, and catches viruses regularly. Also for longtime users has discounts!

I have Google Chrome on my desktop pc. I recently downloaded software for work and the next day I noticed that my computer was acting up. I ran a scan and found that I had an AskToolbar virus. I tried to get rid of it but couldn't. I googled for help and a chap recommended Gridinsoft. I downloaded Gridinsoft and ran the scan and it removed the virus. I contacted Gridinsoft and asked them to send me my 6 day trial licence key which they did the very next day. They are amazing. Their software fixed my pc and my pc is back to normal again. Thank you so much Gridinsoft. I have since uninstalled Google Chrome and am now using Microsoft Edge.

I had problems installing Gridinsoft Antimalware due to the Win 10 firewall, but the support service responded immediately to my request, and I solved it with the recommended procedure, installing the software on two computers.
Everything OK.

Of cource, the program is not without flaws. I like a scanning speed and undermanding resoures. I got false positive results a couple of time ago. But, the support service always respond in my cases and fixes the worng detection. And once I really surffered with a friend's computer trying to understand why it freezes. I tried everything I could, and only Gridinsoft found a coin miner XMRIG who cleverly hid in system folders. So I can give 5 starts out of 5.

I work for myself and use a computer to process clients' reports. A month ago Windows 10 started running slower and I was getting strange error messages. So, I decided to install Gridinsoft Anti-Malware to check my computer for malware. I was able to full scan my PC and detected several malware and spyware(!) that can damage or steal clients' data. Now I see that computer has started to work much faster, and I'm very happy with it.

"Free Trial" lets just write something that we not provide lmao, when you fill your information "the server are busy" and thats not for 1 or 2 moments its like that for about a month and after read reviews I understand they just made this option to get more visitors.
if they will fix and acctully give what they "offer" I will change my rating.

Edit: They didn't answered mistake with other company they didn't answer for more than 24 hours.

Gridinsoft got rid of a particularly virulent item of malware. My already installed and up to then very good anti-virus system completely missed it and for two days I scoured the internet looking for a way to get the Malware/Trojan out of the computer's system.

I would heartily recommend Gridinsoft and their help desk that reacted quickly to a question.

Given their circumstances I don't have any idea of how this company provide their outstanding service!!

The programme found several instances of malware, but it wouldn't let me use the free service to clean my computer - the server was always busy. I wanted to try it out before I buy. I tried several times at different times of the day.

Well I Googled the Trojan name. The first item in the list was Gridinsoft...I used their program to Kill the Trojan.

The two programs fought! The Trojan died, as all interlopers should.

I like GridInSoft...Trojans are bad.

Surprised by so many negative reviews. I have been using the GridinSoft Anti-Malware for a long time (from 2017). Very pleased with the result. Sees what other antiviruses miss. The computer after curing just flies!

I have been with GridinSoft for three years and have Vip Customer Support. As a result, I have never been any problems that could not be sorted out quickly. And the Anti-malware always improving, so there is no need to change. So, it's 5 stars from me.

At first I was unable to activate free trial from the installed software package.

This review is only about obtaining the license key to activate the full version of this software package for six days. Later on I will write a review on the actual use of this software.

In order to consider to purchase this software I wanted to use 6-day full version free trial but I as mentioned in the title of this review I was unable to obtain the trial license key directly from the installed software package [server is busy message popped up on numerous occasions when trying].

Determined to obtain the free full version for six days I wrote an email to the servicedesk explaining the above and within the same day I got a reply with a license key to start the 6 day trail. That's a very fast responding supportdesk in my book !

However that being said, only a three star rating for me. For me to turn this three into a four the trail license key should be made obtainable from the software package without having to mail back and forth with them.

fake advertisement. THey say they provide a 6 days full trial but then all you get is a message saying the server is busy and you cannot use the trial. Waste of time
