Prompt professional acknowledgement emails with money delivered within specified time. My only reservation at first was that the bank transfer was made out to a different company name when I was expecting the name Griffin Financial. However, I was quickly reassured when I got an acknowledgement email followed by promptly receiving my currency.

Great service - Best Exchange Rates!!
Great service. Was worried as never bought foreign currency over the internet before and the bank transfer system made me nervous but their exchange rates were the best so thought would give it a try. The first parcel went missing in the Royal Mail system despite being sent by signed for but they could not have been more helpful and resent straight away. The agent I spoke with on the phone was lovely and even though he was going away on holiday he made everyone aware of the situation so it got resolved. Would recommend from my own experience.
