Had no problems at all. Never bought currency this way but all was fine. Did the bank transfer and got an e-mail confirming the receipt of the funds, then the currency was delivered before the expected date and the amount quoted. Would use them again.

Not good enough
My problem with Griffin is all to do with delivery. When I purchased my cash I nominated the following Monday.for delivery and then contacted Griffin by phone to double-check that it would arrive on the agreed day - I was assured it would. It instead was delivered on the Thursday (four days early) when I was at work - it was a stroke of luck that our dog walker was present at the time and was able to sign for a not inconsiderable sum of money. I contacted Griffin for an explanation but nothing satisfactory was forthcoming.

Positive experience, decent rate. I sold leftover USD to Griffin through the post twice and got the pounds on my account within the specified time. This 3 working day time is a common standard, although I know now a company who does it faster with comparable exchange rates.
