I had given up on finding replacement burners for my Primo gas ceramic grill. G420. I had one replacement set, through Primo, that took 8 weeks to receive. They failed quickly. Primo stopped making the GS version a few yrs ago.
I found these guys on a search, one of many, a saw they made replacement burners!!!
Just received them, so unsure of end result. But I at least have hope!
Best ‘grill’ I’ve ever had. Like an outdoor convection oven, w smoking! Hope to get back at it this weekend!!!

Despite the web page indicating that a tracking number will be provided within 1 day and delivery can be expected within 10 days, neither occurred. After paying by Zelle and the passage of 8 days, my inquiry resulted in my being told it will be 4-5 weeks. There was no assurance that time frame would be followed. I requested an immediate refund by the payment method used. For now, nothing received

The sales and delivery team went above and beyond to make this happen, including last minutes changes to the order, cooperating on an out of country delivery etc. The communication was a little sporadic at times but overall I am very happy with the experience and my new grill.

I was skeptical at first but decide to pull trigger especially since they had a good price that couldn't be beat. They delivered my new grill as promised. Customer service is great. They took care of any issues I had and answered the questions. I would buy from them again when the time comes.
They did mention that it could take up to 10 days to receive. That was the hard part, the waiting LOL! Was well worth it though. I appreciate everything.

It's rather meaningless filling out a review as the main part of my purchase is on backorder. It would be nice to get an update on the status of my grill head without me having to ask.

I ordered a grill warming rack on 5/6/25; it was suppose to arrive by 6/6/25 but did not. Communication was confusing with Grill Collection as they told me delivery would be delayed further but pinning down the delivery date was not possible. The warning rack finally arrived in early July almost 2 months from original purchase date. Just be aware when ordering product it may take quite awhile. Other than that the experience was good.

Ordered the grill online and the order was accepted.
Received an email 2 days later about the ADDITIONAL $1600 "shipping charge" that I could pay half of.
Don't waste your time.
I ordered an NG grill, the grill was shipped in a box annotated "NG". In addition to install and operating instructions I found an "NG conversion kit". I was confused about that so I called to ask if I was required to convert the grill myself. I was told that I was, so I followed the instructions provided. I again called you when I was unable to adjust an extremely low flame level. During the second call I was told that I indeed was shipped an NG ready grill and that I had to undo my conversion and reinstall the NG orifices. I was frustrated and irritated by both the erroneous and conflicting customer service information provided and, the waste of time that resulted from that information.
