Out of business and so is parent company

I purchased a fireplace in February 2024. It did not come with all parts and was scratched. They were going to send the wall switch and never did. I've been calling and messaging with no response. Their phones lines are now down and just give a busy signal but their website appears to still be operating for sales but no one has responded to multiple chat attempts and messages at the email address provided. They are supposedly owned by Fireplaces USA which has phone lines that only give a fast busy sound too. Run from this company because lots of us have not received items and cannot get support, some not receiving any of the products they purchased.

Lack of communication, resolved

Lack of communication. I had to open a dispute on my credit card to get this canceled and refunded. why are the charging my card if this is out of stock?

Update, I did receive my refund.

Your website was very easy to use

Your website was very easy to use, very easy to decide on what product we wanted. The purchasing and shipping all went very easy and smooth. This is our 2nd stove like this, we love this wood burning stove.

Worst company ever

We bought a $1,500.00 plus electric fireplace that was delivered on 12/2/23 by FedEx all banged up. The same day we emailed the company letting them know we were not satisfied with the way the product was delivered. We requested an exchange for the same product but this time on perfect condition. However, the only we have received from them has been excuses. They do not want to honor any kind of warranty nor they want to help us out. We have been exchanging emails for 2 months now with no resolution of the problem. They only want me to be patient and keep waiting but they already have my money in their bank account. We even had to open up a dispute through my credit card company in order to get a FULL refund. For all of you reading this review, I am not making this up or exaggerating my experience with this unfair company. My advice to all of you is to find another company even if you have to pay more. Hope you never have to experience what we are going through. By the way, one star is too generous. If I could give them no stars I would.

Kokomo trash chute with cutting board

Great experience. My order was delivered in a timely manner with free shipping (and free returns if needed). I haven't installed the item yet. Will update with photos once installed. I would use them again.

your price was lower

your price was lower. and the delivery was free. which is huge for me. and it came in a very timely fashion. and the condition was excellent. now all I need to do is get time to season the grill 😉

After a week my order was still not…

After a week my order was still not shipped. With Amazon it would have shipped in a day. Wasn't worth the 10 dollar discount since I haven't received the product nor has it shipped.

Electric Fireplace.

I ordered a 36 inch electric fireplace. They said one to two weeks to ship. I received it in exactly two weeks from ordering date. It works great with or without heat and really so beautiful to just look at. Would definitely recommend anyone to purchase one.
