FANTASTIC PRODUCT

Great shopping experience! I easily found the part that I needed on their website. The price was the lowest I could find. It was quickly shipped and Heart Mart let me know when to expect the delivery. The item arrived in excellent condition due to careful packing. Excellent communication every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Ordering on-line process was smooth and easy. Product arrived well packed and without damage, and within a few days of the order.

We love the fireplace. The delivery by Fed-ex was disappointing, however, as they left it in the middle of the driveway where it blew over. The fireplace seems to be working fine though.

Arrived quickly and very easy to hang on the wall. Only issue was the box was missing a remote which Hearth Mart's customer care took care of ASAP. Great experience overall with the product and Hearth Mart.

PROS: I was able to find the item I needed at a reasonable price. The website was easy to navigate and looked great.

CONS: The use of third-party companies/apps to manage to track my item was confusing. Especially because there seems to be one free option, but also another company that charges a fee. It was a lot of extra work to understand how to track my item. In addition, there was no way to estimate how long it would take to receive my item before purchasing. This is an important factor, especially around the holidays, in determining if one would like to make the purchase in the first place

Best price that I could find for the Solo Stove Yukon Shelter, and fast shipping

I was looking for a Solo fire pit and components and came across the Hearth Mart site. I am very impressed with their website. it is very informative and has many different products for everyone's personal taste. I was able to find the products I needed and also received a 10% discount on my purchase. The communication for the order and delivery was fantastic. I did not have any issues with my packages, and they arrived ahead of the original delivery date.

Love our new Yukon solo stove and the cover is the perfect fit to protect it from the elements. Delivery was very fast and packaging was perfect.

Correct item, but terrible packaging. Shipped in the original box so very damaged box and dented. Too late to return, need to give as present.

Fast shipping, competitive pricing. I had a minor issue during checkout but got a quick response and resolution from customer service.

Although it took three shipments. FedEx damaged the first two, and the third was shipped via UPS , Ifinaly got my Touchstone Sideline 50" White electric fireplace. Jessica in customer was extremely helpful and was very prompt with messages and phone calls to make it possible. The fireplace is stunning. The flames and colors make an outstanding statement. I highly recommed Hearth Mart. Thank you Hearth Mart.

I have not received my fireplace it’s do to arrive this week sometime. But so far I had a very pleasant experience with Hearthmart from the moment I decided to order it to placing the order. Loved the following up emails with all the friendly words. I myself use to work in customer services so great job.
Definitely don’t feel I have to worry about reaching out in case I should have a question or concerns. Let’s hope everything will run smoothly with the fireplace but so far 5 stars from me 😉

Price, timing, and timely updates were all outstanding

Customer service was great. Product as expected. Seasoning now, I'm sure I'll like it. No more moving the bacon to another pan to cook the eggs.
