I’d give zero stars if possible. Ordered a keychain on Dec 2nd for a Christmas gift. Never arrived as of Dec 26th. Requested a refund, but am getting the run around from their customer service. Will not cancel order nor refund.

I wish I could give zero stars. They were quick to take my money, but never sent the order. I never got a confirmation email or number. After emailing them, they said that I don’t have an order in their system. Do not trust this company!

Ordered the keychain for my grandson. The engraving I requested was " love you very always". What I got was "ove you very always". I have sent 3 emails requesting assistance and heard nothing. Very disappointed to say the least.

This company saw fit to add to my order and then bill me. I caution people to not purchase from them. I am will to pay for what I ordered but ha e called my credit card company to not pay the additional none approve charges for the item I didn't buy.

I ordered an engraved keychain for my grandson for graduation. It took 12 days to get here which I think is great considering it was coming from China, I expected a longer wait. I don't understand all the negative comments. It came in a little velvet bag and was absolutely perfect! I know my grandson is going to love it! thank you so much!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I took a month to receive the keychain. When I inquired about it they said they had “Delivered” but USPS had it, but it hadn’t been delivered to me. I gave one star because it was as described, but my one and only grandson didn’t want it. And GrindStyle won’t honor a return.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Placed mu order 3-29-2021 and this is 5-10-2021 and have not received the item for a graduation gift. If you contact them they brush you off to the Post Office. Customer Service is awful. Will never order from them again. Told them to refund my $19.95, but I will never see it or my order.

It took forever for this order to arrive.

I am giving one star simply because there is no option provided to give zero stars. I did not read any reviews before placing my order but should have. Like others, my order is in transit and the shipping company handling it responded to my inquiry by saying it would be handed off to UPS who will ship it to the local USPS for delivery which seems highly unlikely. If you read this before ordering think long and hard before proceeding. I will not order anything from this company again and urge others to follow suit.

I ordered 2 keychains 1 month ago and still have not received them...no phone number to cantact..do not order from this company!!!

Zero stars. Ordered a year ago and it is still in transit. Lol my money traveled very fast. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAM

I ordered a key chain for my sons bday. Ibgot a message that it was shipped. That was over a week ago and its still not here. I dont understand whats taking so long

This place is horrible been waiting 2 months for my order. I want a refund since I havent recieved it and they wont get in contact with me

I would like to give them zero stars! It has been over a month that I placed my order and still no product! Of course they got my money immediately and now they won’t give me a refund since it is “in transit”. Beware it ships from China! Wish I had done my research prior to ordering!!

They say product arrived, but it did not, and all if their address to track it are FAKE, how do you report them...will figure it out

Product never showed up. I ordered a graduation gift for my son on March 26 and now it is May 17 and it has yet to show up. The tracker showed it arrived in the US on April 17, but now the tracker does not even recognize my order number. Is this a scam? The money went out of account on the order date. What do I do? The customer service answers with nice emails, but no real solution. I want either the product I ordered or my money back!

I loved the quality of the key chain and their support is very responsive.
