FRAUD: Stolen Tracking Info!

Turtles Journey (sister site to OceanProject.co) is stealing and illegally using other charities' FREE turtle tracking information and selling cheap jewelry with it, taking advantage of people looking for cool and unique gifts.

If your animal tracking links are for Ocearch, Miami Shark Research or trackturtles.com it is stolen information and DOES NOT profit these real organizations.

There is no proof that these purchases support any oceanlife as FREE information is being stolen and sold for profit. The jewelry can be found for $5 on AliExpress.

For more info:
• Article posted on Facebook from the non-profit company Florida Leatherbacks Inc. on December 14th, 2020.
• The disclaimer on Miami Shark Research website.
• The disclaimer on seaturtle.org tracking page.

Received my necklace and it's very pretty!

I received the necklace in a matter of two weeks and received a code. I have no idea how true this tracking is but it does show you the area a turtle is located. If it brings a smile to a child's face it's all that matters. Hoping this is a true cause and really isn't ripping people off!

THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN

Would have given them zero stars if possible. Ordered the necklace on July 28th and still have received nothing. They sent me a tracking link which takes me to seaturtle.org. At the top of the page it states "If you have been offered a SEATURTLE.ORG tracked turtle by purchasing something from Turtle's Journey or The Wildlife Charm they have used SEATURTLE.ORG turtle tracking information without our permission."

Total SCAM. Just requested my money back which most likely won't happen.

No Code

Ordered 2 turtle necklaces on Aug. 9th. Company sent tracking codes then and said you can track your turtles for 20 hours. I ordered early so it would arrive on time for a Birthday present. Now she will just get a necklace and can't track it. When I ordered they lead you to believe the code would come with a code to track your turtle, did"t happen. Very disappointed

FAKE

I had this pop up as an ad on my Facebook. It looked legitimate without doing any research. But I should've know better. I never buy something without researching it if I've never heard of the company. They suck you in with the story and the message on their page. But IT'S FAKE. Don't give this place your money. I paid through PayPal and I'm working with them to get my money back now since no one at Turtles journey is responding to my email.

Just don't do it

I purchased a BarRhino and it took 87 days to arrive, despite their website quoting 21 business days. I understand COVID-related delays, but 66 days on top of an already huge wait of 21 days is outrageous. They should warn people the delay may be that substantial.

When the package arrived, the box was damaged ON THE INSIDE (so they shipped it that way) and the product isn't even a "BarRhino!" It's just a "Portable Pilates Studio." LOL The quality of the item is also atrocious; it has sharp edges and is made of cheap materials

So disappointed in this company and so glad that I paid with Amazon and was able to fulfill an A to Z Guarantee claim for a refund.

The necklace never arrived.

The necklace never arrived and the company doesn't care. The tracker link showed movement and then that stopped. I wrote to the company and they assured me it was still moving. I wrote 2 weeks later, pointing out it still wasn't moving. They assured me it was still moving. I wrote again 2 weeks later, they are still assuring me it's moving. Something else I ordered from a different company also shipped from China and the tracker showed that shipment going through the same location in the US as the turtle necklace but that second item arrived 3 days later. The turtle necklace is clearly lost somewhere and this company doesn't care.

Junky jewelry and a noncaring company..

The jewelry is junk and feel apart after about a week. The chain was so flimsy we had to get another one for the necklace for my daughter to see the stones fall out after a week. I contacted the company and they could care less about my child's necklace falling apart. If you want a cute turtle necklace, wish probably has better quality crap than this company.

Fraudulent website

Fraudulent website, advertised as silver with opal stone but necklace turned out to be made of cheap materials. Website removes bad reviews by customers. Name of owner and headquarters are both fake. Scam.
