Post delivery date was late tho

I get that the given circumstances provide a later delivery date but dispatch from the depo could of been better

My Tyre was sitting in Dpd for 3 days before being sent out for delivery leaving me to go back to the garage on a separate date rather than the given date and I had to pay for another service when I could of got the Tyre fixed on my original appointment

product was a bit slow to arrive but was exactly as described at an unbeatable price

Tyres arrived promptly with free delivery, saved around 40 quid for the set vs other online retailers. Fitting is being carried out tomorrow at my preferred independent.

Great service. Very much pleased. As I was away on that day, delivery person cared to send me a text to confirm my delivery which was really very helpful. I'm on the run with my new tyres & its been a week now. Overall no complaints or issues. Hope it'll stay that way.

Worst company I’ve ever used, ordered 4 tyres, the first 2 turned up fine, but then when fitting found 1 tyre to be defected, with 2 pin holes, a small bulge and cords showing on the inside of the tyre, the second pair never came and I requested a refund but am still yet to get any money from them so will have to involve my bank. Just check out the complaints on their Facebook page.

I found a full set of tyres much cheaper than anybody else and if that wasn't good enough reason to buy from grip500 I found a discount code too and you get free postage. Great communication and tracking service, arrived quicker than expected.

Only negative thing i have to say is that the courier left the whole set of tyres on full view in the middle of my drive for anybody to steal and didn't even attempt to make me aware, didn't ring the doorbell or even leave a note! Lucky I live in a decent area otherwise they would have been gone and I'd be none the wiser.

If it wasn't for that I would have left five stars

Good selection and prices, delivery took 5 business days, non-time slot delivery by GLS and parcelforce (UK). Tracking system is fine, no major problems or issues, email communication was good. Website and ordering also simple and straightforward
