I didn't get my order
I didn't get my order. Grip+glow asked for 38£ more for shipping costs and they refunded my purchase. This is bad practice and not acceptable. Check the shipping prices before and not after I ordered.

Hi, I’m sorry if our email didn’t explain enough, we didn’t receive a reply from you.
Due to royal mail strikes and the recent increase in shipping costs to certain regions due to what’s currently going on in the world we couldn’t post your parcel at that rate.
The shipping was more than your order cost.
We fully refunded you your order and shipping straight away and after gave you option for a custom order should you wish to pay the current shipping rate to your region.
We didn’t ask for any additional payment before cancelling.
This wasn’t in way trying to be deceptive, we are a small family run business and can’t absorb all of these costs ourself.

Grip and glow go above and beyond
Grip and glow produce some of the most deliciously good skin products for polers and they really care about your experience, I had a hiccup with delivery but they were so quick and willing to resolve it. I will definately buy from them again

I’ve been using grip and glow for 4 weeks now, and I have just ordered my refill. It leaves my skin moisturised smooth and glowing. The scents are beautiful and last all day (pina colada is my fave) most importantly though it gives amazing grip for pole all day long! I can hop on the pole first thing in the morning then again after lunch and long into the evening!

Amazing stuff, does the job!
I bought the 4 mini bottles of grip and glow after trying some out in my pole class - it’s amazing stuff and does the job! I’m usually ok for grip but have found the last couple of weeks I’ve been a bit slippy. I wasn’t sure which smell to get so went for the mini selection - the pina colada one is my favourite, then the grapefruit. The beach one doesn’t smell of much so good if you want something quite neutral. Not a fan of the roses one, it’s a bit too strong smelling for me but I love the colour. The mini bottles are a great size for taking to class so I will just buy the refills and top them up. All in all would definitely recommend! :)

I recently bought grip and glow to help with a little extra grip on returning to pole. The customer service is next to none, my order arrived in 2 days and I even got a free little gift! I bought the "coming up roses" spray, it smells lovely and the shimmer on the skin when used makes it so different to any other grip out there. 5*

Definitely worth buying
Definitely worth buying as makes you stick to the pole, was recommended to get this by Dan and love that it comes in different fragrances. Shame it doesn't come in a mini set of 2 to pick your favourites though.
