Having purchased & been very satisfied Grisport hiking boots I thought I would try out their Anti-Shock innersoles & after my walk yesterday I am so glad I did. Complete comfort from start to finish! Delivery was efficient via Royal Mail & for the quality of the product very good value. Will certainly buy these & their boots again.

I am on my third pair of walking boots from Grisport. Each pair has been comfortable from the get go and not once have I had a leak, despite them not being Gore-tex.

I have recently had to return my latest pair due to a fault. The return was easy and they have refunded the purchase price without any fuss. Great service.

As a result, I have purchased another pair, which arrived within 24 hours.

I really cannot recommend Grisport highly enough.

I had my previous Grisport walking boots for years, they probably would have lasted another couple of years but I fancied some new ones. Same great quality, comfortable, and lightweight. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend 🙂

Bought some walking boots Reflex blue they are really nice comfy boots probably the best I have had they are so light and fit well these will now be my go to walking boots, free delivery and free exchange if you don't like the fit but I find them true to size

I didn't purchase directly from Grisport but through Charles Clinkard but they are Grisport Boots so want to warn people to buy other boots.

I purchased Grisport Glide ladies leather waterproof walking boots in December 2020. By August 2023, I had to request a replacement due to a fault developing at the front, which led to water ingress. Unfortunately, the replacement pair developed the same issue, which I reported in March 2023.

The response I received from Charles Clinkard suggested that footwear will naturally experience wear and tear over time, and that the replacement pair had provided a reasonable lifespan. While I understand normal wear and tear, I remain concerned about the durability in this case, especially as the boots were only worn occasionally, typically at weekends and not every weekend.

Having previously owned a pair of Brasher leather walking boots that lasted over 10 years, my expectations for durability were understandably higher. In comparison, the repeated failure of a core functional feature—waterproofing—is disappointing and raises questions about the long-term reliability of this product.

Sent my order to a completely different part of the country and refused to replace, retrieve or refund it

Bought hiking boots, same size as other boots from grisport, too small. Returned them, almost a week ago. Heard nothing, called today, was told they get hundreds of returns and it would take up to 14 days for them to process my return. Then the guy put the phone down on me. Not happy. Make shoes the right size and you'll get fewer returns.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. If you expect even a basic level of respect and support after making a purchase, I would strongly suggest avoiding Grisport. A very disappointing experience from start to finish and I never even received my order!

After having different walking boots I am so pleased that I purshased a pair of Grisport Reflex Walking Boots. From the first time of wearing them they were super comfortable which remains the case four months after then with the expectation that will happen for a long while.

On my four pair of footwear - say no more

Really comfortable, warm, waterproof shoes. Good quality laces you don’t need to double knot. Feel light weight. Great for dog walking.

Low quality shoes: The soles break extremely quickly.

On my newest pair both soles broke after only 2 days of wearing (less than 5km of walking)

Just purchased my 8th pair of Grisport shoes fantastic quality great fit and very hard wearing i also buy the Active black slip on for my nephews school shoes and he loves them also if there are any problems great customer care service very easy returns and great choices from walking,hiking,casual i highly recommend them and remember you get what you pay for.

Absolutely love my Walking Boots. Didn’t spend enough money to receive the free gift but they sent it anyway and was over the moon!

After testing the Grisport Reflex against high-spec offerings from Mountain Warehouse and Regatta, these were the clear winners. My biggest struggle with hiking boots is usually discomfort around the ankle—most brands tend to "dig in." However, the Grisport Reflex features thick memory foam padding around the collar that completely eliminates that pressure.
​The stability is also impressive. Thanks to their specific heel support system, my foot felt incredibly secure with zero vertical movement or heel slip. It’s a "locked-in" feel that gives you a lot of confidence on the trail. Excellent boots and a great company to deal with—I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Just opened my new Dartmoor Boots from Grisport and immediately impressed with how comfy they feel. Looking forward to giving them a proper test out on a ski trip to Switzerland this weekend.

I read the words from my review title on a leaflet contained with my order, with a degree of scepticism, but having half an hour earlier put on my new 'Grisport Tilbury Walking Shoes' indoors to start wearing them in - I have to say Grisport are correct - these well-made walking shoes fit like a glove and are so comfortable, that I would happily go for a five mile walk now in them. This backed up with easy on-line ordering and swift delivery via DPD. I am one happy walker.

Still no reply to any of my complaints on their online form about the missing gift pack from my order. Grisport offer an inducement to buy, (Value pack worth £34) don't supply it and now ignore my queries when I ask about it. That’s pretty low customer service.
The missing items are not the main issue here, it’s the sales tactics and obvious disregard for a customer. At least have the good manners to respond to my messages and rectify the problem.
The order was a Christmas gift so wasn’t discovered until later but that’s no excuse to ignore my query. As it happens, when the package arrived, two friends scanned the Grisport catalogue and marked some shoes they would like to buy but based on my experience, have shopped elsewhere. That’s two lost sales because of the lack of customer service. Costly.
As regards the shoes I bought, I can’t comment yet, they look good but most things look good out of the box, it’s how they perform over time that matters. I’ll give it five or six months and post a product review later. Judging from some of the comments on here, longevity may be an issue but I’ll check for myself.
Note to Grisport: Behaving considerately towards customers and honouring your sales pitch is part of the buying process, it can even lead to repeat business. But not on this occasion.
