I got a pair of walking boots for Christmas costing £145.
I researched them and they had good reviews.
The boots were very attractive and extremely comfortable from the start.
However I can only assume that I had a faulty pair as they let in water despite following the care guidelines.
I contacted the manufacturers when they were 8 months old and was advised I would receive a refund.
I returned the boots only to receive a reply advising me that they were worn out and no refund would be given.
The boots had been used on average 4 - 5 hours a week for dog walking.
Atrocious customer service.
I would strongly advise anyone against using this manufacturers.

Great walking boots, quality leather, comfortable with my wide feet. Good toe box which was good for my bunions. Worn them on a few 8 mile hikes on holiday & still comfortable at the end. Excellent :-)

I have disabilities and nurlogical condition. Grisport are the worst! incompetent management, horrible customer services staff. Dishonest and untrustworthy company, Poor quality shoes replaced with even poorer quality ones. open seems, missing stitches in multiple places. I politely requested despite my frustration, for a third pair in replacment for the 2 faulty pairs already received... to give them benfit of doubt.

**THE MANAGER replayed to my email 5days later saying: there not replacing the obviously defective goods and they going to hold my money long as posible and to wait for PayPal case dealine to refund just to be akward and rub salt into the wound that they had made! Diabolical company and staff, no morals!

I Advise never use grisport!

I have a nuralogicla condition your staff member was talking in mocking /patronising and disrespectful manner to me on the phone as I was politely explaining the problems I was having. I said "no need for the snotty attitude" nothing more. not abuse just a fact? I undstand Evryone has bad days. But you don't take it out on your customers! Also the phone call was lunch time 30/09/2025 prior to the returning of the first pair. And there was no further phone calls as I didn't want to be subject to anyfurther mocking, patronising and disrespect from the grisport customer services team! I'm not sure if there just nasty to evrybody or just to the disabled but it's not good buisness practice.

Managers "fair" resolution:
"Regarding the exchange: we will not be sending any further goods to you so ultimately the shoes will be refunded after the PayPal case time has elapsed on the 24th of Oct.

I ordered Grisport Crater Teal Walking Boots on 21st August (delivered 23rd), and within three weeks they were already falling apart. I returned them on 14th September, GRS acknowledged receipt on the 25th, but I didn’t get my refund until 10th October. To put it bluntly: I had the boots for just 23 days, but Grisport kept my money for 26 days after I no longer had them. Buying from Grisport isn’t retail, it’s charity – you give them your money, they give you defective goods, and then they hold onto your cash longer than you ever got to use their product.

Received my boots today great fit and style, free pack included was a lovely extra. This is my 2nd pair of Grisport real quality boots super comfy.

I've now bought from Grisport directly for my husband, son and finally, treated myself. Fantastic service with fast delivery. The first pair for my husband were too small, so I had to return them. Easy, free returns (which is becoming a rarity these days), and fast replacement. We were recommended Grisport by a third party seller, who stated his shop had never had a return of this brand and indeed, had repeat customers coming back 10 years later to replace with Grisport.

They are well made and so comfortable. I wish we'd found them years ago and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Looking for a good pair of walking shoes whilst a pair from another brand were being re-soled I opted for a pair of Grisport Dartmoor shoes which being Italian made I anticipated to be better than average based on previous experience with Zamberlan and Anatom boots. (I confess to being tempted by the included walking pack too)
The boots arrived very quickly via DPD and as promised are useable right out of the box fitting my 8 1/2 (43) size feet well. I have now walked a few miles and although not yet quite settled evidenced by the leathers' resistance to lacing up they are comfortable and reassuringly sure footed. As mentioned in another review, I can feel the sole through the balls of my feet but this is not overly problematic and probably resolved by memory foam insoles or thicker socks. Overall I am pleased with the quality and construction and look forward to seeing how well they perform in the future.

Fantastic customer service rang and spoke to a lovely lady who advised me on sizing for my new pair of Dartmoor Black Walking Shoes and ordered a couple of spare Grisport 100cm black round laces as back up and also Grisport Waterproofing Cream 75ml Colour Neutral to care for the leather shoes. I ordered them on Friday afternoon and was delivered Saturday afternoon next day couldn't believe how quick they came. So today went for a long walk with my dog and I absolutely love them thank you Grisport so much.

Had a pair of Grisport Fuse boots which have lasted 4 years of hard use. Im a gardener and have worn them everyday for about 8 months of the year at work and also walking at weekends, and fiven them very little care.
After 4 years I am still wearing them although they now have holes in the leather where they bend, so I have just purchased a pair of Grisport Cheiftain to replace them. Hope they are as good!

I bought a pair of Grisport walking boots which are exceptional value for money and incredibly comfy to wear. They came with a free pair of Merino wool socks. These are also very comfy, great to wash and wear again. Highly recommended company.

Purchased Lady Harrier Taupe Boot. First time buying from Grisport. Size 39 came up small on me but 40 is just right. Easy to exchange & prompt delivery. Boots lightweight and very comfortable from first wear without need for breaking in. Definitely recommend.

I've been researching for months trying to find wide fitting walking shoes. Come across Grisport and liked what I read about them. I plumbed for the Renegade in blue. Quick delivery with the free bonus pack added. Tried them indoors to see how they fitted incase i wanted to return them. 1st time out and about in them for 6 hours and no problems with aching feet which I have with alot of walking shoes because of my fat feet ;-)
I'll give it another month or two and if I have no problems I'll buy another pair

Ordered a pair of boots after a recommendation from a friend. They were on sale but I also received a 15% discount code which was great PLUS the boots came with some freebies (bottles, laces and socks!) so all in all excellent value for money. I got the boots, they look and feel great quality and I genuinely do not need to break them in. Excellent product and I will definitely choose them for my next pair.

The only downside was that the boots were sent via DPD who not only did not deliver on the date and time but lied about attempting delivery that is an issue with DPD, NOT Grisport.

Great boots! And came fast. Have bought 4 pairs over the years and loved them all.

Good customer service and a nice touch with the free pair of socks. Boots arrived quickly and were cheaper than I could find in the shops. The fit is good apart from I feel that I would like an extra lace hole over the front of the foot to make it a bit more secure - I have a high instep. Apart from that I'm satisfied with the purchase and would recommend Grisport to others.

Bought a pair of boots and merino socks, briliant combination, need to buy another pair of socks, so I can still walk with one pair socks in the wash

Husband needed some walking boots for an upcoming winter holiday as all his others leaked. They were incredibly comfortable straight out of the box and appear to be robust and hardwearing. Came with a free pair of good quality socks so very happy with service.

Great company to deal with. I have now purchased three sets of walking shoes from Grisport. I find the shoes to be well made, very comfortable for my wide feet and so far, acceptably durable. I also feel they are great value, as I have in the past paid twice as much for the same quality. Currently offering useful freebies on orders, too. Not free returns, but reasonable at £2.50.

Excellent service and a quality product at a great price. Bought new pair of hillwalking boots after several friends recommended this brand. Really impressed with the quality of the product after a few boggy walks in the highlands. Would definitely recommend.
