Visited a store only to watch as a really aggressive shoplifter looted whatever they wanted. Zero intervention from store staff who are clearly scared and can't risk their jobs. As a result left the store since it's clear the business isn't going to protect me from such criminals so it's unsafe to shop there.
While shopping, I observed a supervisor publicly humiliating a member of staff in front of both customers and colleagues. The supervisor loudly announced that they were “going to do a role play” and stated words to the effect of “this is what you say to customers”, using the staff member as an example in a public area of the store.
The member of staff was clearly embarrassed, visibly upset, and ultimately walked away from the situation. The manner in which this was handled was entirely inappropriate and deeply uncomfortable to witness as a customer.
I was so concerned by what I had seen that I approached the kiosk to ask how to make a complaint. During that conversation, I was told the supervisor’s name and informed by a staff member that complaints are frequently made about this individual, but management do nothing about it. If this is true, it is extremely worrying.
I’ve been shopping in your Holloway store for 30 years I got stopped at the self checkout The women on there had security pull me out of the line of shoppers the lady approved the red bull scanned my vouchers and said nothing and accused me of me of not paying for a item when the receipt proved she was wrong she became rude and arrogant I will never shop in there again no sorry and they’ve got her working with customers

Following on from your reply on this review page 5 days ago, that I would receive a reply to my case and resolve the case immediately, this has not been the case, I HAVE HAD NO REPLY FROM YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT MADE ON THE 26TH MARCH 2026.
I have rang numerous times even contacting the CEO and his response was that his team will sort this issue out immediately.
Can someone please resolve this issue and help me with it, I have suffered severe anxiety & panic attacks with constantly waiting for a response.
How long does one have to wait before people get a reply?

I visited my local morrisons store in Haverfordwest this weekend, one manager on the self checkouts literally jumped on me from nowhere offering to help me, then asked if i would leave a positive review online as their store needs more good reviews he offered me a free Creme Egg if i promised to do the review. He then pulled a member of staff and made us both have a photo together. This made me very uncomfortable and I will be writing a formal complaint as this was a breach of my Data Protection rights. Clearly this manager needs training!!
I was a loyal customer, but not after today. Choosing shoplifters over long serving managers sends a very worrying message about how you value your staff. "More reasons to shop at Morrisons" - I've just found one not to.

The delivery drivers are always very polite and tend to be English guys and girls.
They also give you bags so you don’t have the hassle of taking things out one by one.
I never use any other supermarket from now on after having bad experiences with Sainsbury’s and Tescos.

Ordered a create your own pizza from the Northampton Morrisons, with LACTIOSE FREE CHEESE due to a lactose intolerance.
DIDN'T GET LACTOSE FREE CHEESE.

I would score no stars if I could , so unhappy with them , so I made a now order this morning and my email stated it would be here by 12:43, I managed to find a number at 15:15 and phoned them ( after I had messaged via fb) got a response then nothing , so when I phoned I’m told that because the order hasn’t been picked up by the delivery driver after 90 minutes the order has been cancelled no email or anything to let me know I’ll never use Morrisons again’!!!!

Ordered gluten-free items through Deliveroo from Morrisons. One item was cancelled mid-order. I tried to amend or cancel the order but was bounced between Morrisons and Deliveroo for over 10 minutes with neither able to help. By the time Deliveroo engaged, the rider had already left and I couldn’t cancel.
When the food arrived, multiple gluten-free products had been swapped for gluten-containing alternatives. No notification. No warning. Nothing.
This is not a minor issue. I ordered gluten-free for a reason. If I hadn’t checked every single item before eating, this could have caused serious harm to my health.
When I asked for a full refund — which seems completely reasonable given I would never have placed the order if I’d known — I was only offered partial compensation.
Terrible customer service. Dangerous substitution practice. Avoid if you have dietary requirements you can’t compromise on.
