Absolutely Blows

Costumers are unable to choose replacements while shopping and after the order is complete, it's quickly too late, so you're stuck with whatever they choose a a replacement. Bagging is not smart or constraints for eggs, bread, and other fragile items. Never again I pray.

Issue is Walmart depending on a third…

Issue is Walmart depending on a third party delivery service ruining their business, unreliable door dash drivers not fulfilling their deliveries on time arrive 3 to 5 hours after the chosen delivery window, missing items , leaving groceries in the lobby or at your door without communication or a simple knock. Even at a reduced rice delivery pass not worth the hassle and stress.

I am thrilled to receive deliveries to my home and have used the service a lot. These are just minor complaints, but sometimes you receive a separate delivery based on the type of item. This time, I had ordered a few face masks that would have no business sitting out in the cold.

My spec always says please ring the doorbell when leaving a parcel, and they didn't, so the parcel sat outside for I believe it was 3 days, and when I opened it, they had imploded with all the mask solutions having leaked out into the inner bag.

I always give them a $10.00 tip fr coming out this way, and they have never once left my envelope and said Hey, thanks, so that's kind of icky, but no big deal.

I ask them to ring the doorbell because I am a senior, and I don't go to the door unless necessary.

Other than that, I am pleased with the deliveries in general and just grateful I don't have to drive 35 minutes one way to get something small that I might need.

I do recognize this is all a work in progress, and at some point, such little problems will work themselves out.

I tried to send groceries to a friend…

I tried to send groceries to a friend so her kids could eat after a hospital stay. First problem was delivery was almost three hours past the promised window. Driver got there at almost ten pm as perishable goods, took a picture, marked out as delivered, then proceeded to tell them it was cancelled and took the groceries back! So now at ten pm, her kids have no dinner, she’s recovering from the hospital, and some goon stole my food for them.

Same problems - different day

I have been utilizing Walmarts online grocery for several years now. I appreciate the option of having groceries delivered. Love that pharmacy prescriptions can now be included! Sadly, I am experiencing more and more issues with this service as time goes on. Walmart doesn’t carry many of the quality items that they once did. Examples- Fairlife milk and Evol frozen meals. Substitutions are also becoming more frequent - for items they carry - but are out of. My last 2 orders -approx 25 % of items ordered were substituted. The truly frustrating part is - it shows in stock on the website. It’s suddenly not available after you order it. Then you either go to another store or substitute with something you didn’t want to begin with or some “shopper” chooses your substitutions - which are almost never what you would choose. This defeats the whole purpose of the service and adds layers of inconvenience. I’m paying for this service plus being asked to tip! The drivers are usually on time and, I think, do their best. Ultimately, Walmart needs to step up and update the digital experience. Also, the paper bags used for delivery are such poor quality they are actually hazardous! They are torn by the time you receive the delivery and if they aren’t torn yet - they bust open when you pick them up. Walmart could do so much better if consumers demanded it.

Good place to shop

Walmart is a very convenient store, you will find anything to everything in reasonable price.
Quality of items can be questionable sometimes. They also have good quality products and brands.
These days groceries are very expensive but Walmart has some great prices. Staffs are great.

Delivery order only received one item

Delivery order only received one item, one item in picture of delivered item and said order complete when four items were ordered/shipped. Offered nothing but a refund which ties up my money for 10 days and I still need the items. This continues to happen with their drivers and no one is held accountable. Will not be renewing my subscription!

The new cable installment experience?

Most of the time, Walmart has done a good job delivering for me. Until recently. Now I pick a two-hour window for delivery and 3 hours past the latest time I chose, I'm still waiting for the "delayed" groceries. It's like it used to be waiting for the cable man to come. You have to make yourself available half of the day or else. I realize it's the holidays, but that seems like a Walmart logistics problem, not a customer problem.

I pay for Walmart Plus

I pay for Walmart Plus. I, too, have now had 2 occasions where I ordered groceries and they never came. I ordered several hours in advance. I received a text the delivery would be delayed. Then another. When I called to get an ETA, the computer voice said it would be tomorrow but did not specify a time. Monday is a workday, and I can't stay home to see if the groceries are delivered to my porch. I called the store and they said it is a 3rd party and they can't help me. Accordingly, I cancelled the order. (On the first occasion, Walmart cancelled my order after I waited patiently for days).

Wouldn’t Recommend

Made a Walmart delivery order for 9 items. Got an email confirmation they only had 3 of the items in stock. They delivered the items and when I opened the pack only 2 of the items were in there. I also noticed the total for the 3 items was over charged. I chatted with Walmart and they told me they couldn’t help me because my account is closed. I told the rep I was confused because I was currently signed into my account on my computer and I provided him with my order number. Still told me he couldn’t help me because I have a closed account. Will never do Walmart home delivery or even just regular ordering online. Don’t trust they would help me if I ever have issues in the future.

Worse delivery service in the history of deliveries!!…

If you have never had anything delivered from Walmart.....DON'T!!!!! Their pick up is ok, and their shipping is ok, but delivery is absolutely in sane!!! You will not get your orders, and even if you do something will go wrong. It will be extremely late, stuff missing, dropped off at the wrong location etc. Save yourself the headache, pick it up or have it shipped!!

Ordered an item for same day delivery - BS

Ordered an item for same day delivery, it has been two days and NO delivery, it says "Delayed delivery, check back later", no explanation, no updates no tel. to call back just a stupid AI chat that goes nowhere. Amazon from now on.

Update: going on 4 days now and still says to "check back later".

Now: They cancelled the order, no explanation or anything.

Yep, one star at best, terrible service.

I pay for Walmart membership

I pay for Walmart membership. The delivery drivers they hire here work through the company Spark. Terrible service. Spark is owned by Walmart. In this area (Gainesville Fl) they have only gotten my delivery correct one time as they drop the packages off up the rd. Only once did they contact me by phone for delivery directions when they are confused and this is because not one of them can speak or understand a lick of English. My pin on the map is correct and they still can’t get it right. We even have an office where I specifically have it stated in my delivery directions that if your confused leave the order at the office.

Greeneville Tn Walmart home grocery…

Greeneville Tn Walmart home grocery ordering is not good. Shortage of ordered items consistently occurs. Called the store to report shortage and no one will answer. Had to call Walmart. Com to get an on line rep. Would solve this problem if delivery person would have customer to verify no missing items. Had 6 of 12 items missing on my last order. I’m done with this.
