After a couple of successful grocery deliveries, all of my orders started being canceled within 30 seconds of my placing them. I've only been a Walmart+Inhome subscriber for a week, and this is a terrible start. I'm going to cancel my subscription and seek a 100% refund. Any friction and I will simply dispute the subscription fee with my credit card provider. I'm not getting what I paid for.

My first and only time using walmart delivery was awful and won’t happen again. Substitutions were awful and were on items that I specified the substitutions or didn’t want to substitute. Now I’m forced to make returns for others I never desired or ordered. Feels like a scam! (set up by todd)

Stop scamming money from online grocery orders, first of all! Stop allowing your phone reps in cust serf to refund items to passify a customer that never asked for a refund of items. Tou Walmart think you be so fukking smart. I have time to go look at my receipts...I'm older, now! Im going to do my best to bring you guys down to your knees. You are cheap tricked scammers that are taking from snap recipients, low income. I pray to God I live long enough to see the hammer fall on Walmart Inc

This review I am writing is long overdue. Is Walmart + worth it??

Definitely NOT!

I have had nothing but issue after issue after issue after issue with Walmart + since day 1. Many, many issues. And the worst part about it is Walnart has done absolutely nothing to resolve any of the issue/s each time.
If the order you place isnt small or 'easy', or requires extra effort, forget it. Those item/s will be marked out of stock.
If your order contains items from the deli--forget it. You will be told the deli is either closed or the item is out of stock.
Example--I placed an online order the other day and deli ham was an item on the order. They waited until the very last minute to tell me the ham was out of stock. Ham that was on sale and could not possibly be out of stock. So, I called the Walnart and spoke to the associate from the deli. I asked if they had any of the Prima Deli ham left that was on sale. Of course, they told me they weren't out of the ham. The person filling the order deliberately lied to my face because they didn't want to put forth any effort in obtaining the item. And also of course, the ham was the primary reason for that order.
Every single order I made from the past 9 (NINE) times there have been missing items.
Not just that, if you do not leave a satisfying enough tip, they will purposefully either say they attempted the delivery or they will not respond and leave it for the morning crew to deliver. This has happened to me more times than I can count. If you don't leave a tip at all, you can forget it. Your order will not be delivered that day, or you will have many missing items. This happens to me frequently. And I used to tip well. 10-20$ tips. Until every order of mine came with many missing items, or shows up 6-8 hours later. That's almost every time for me now. Even when I pay the extra money to have the order expedited, it still shows up hours and hours later with missing items. When I stopped tipping that well, 110% do i not receive my order without many missing items. and/or it's hours and hours later.
I have shown nothing but pure respect and have had a world of patience with Walmart and this useless Walmart+ program. Another thing, Walmart is faithful in chasing to bill your card if you do not forget to jump through hoops of fire to tell them you want to unsubscribe. They will try to charge you over and over and over and over. It could be weeks of unsuccessful charging at 2 am in the morning and they are adamant at charging you for the useless subscription.
The subscription is a terrible waste of money and after tonight, I've had enough. I'm not paying another subscription and will use Kroger from now on.

Just cancelled my membership because everytime I do a delivery it's either delayed or cancelled. The driver was ONE minute away from my home then I got hit with attempted delivery/cancel delivery she didn't even call to confirm anything. Walmart delivery is so unreliable lately my vehicle is down so this is my only option at the moment but I'm definitely going to another store. It's too unreliable and I have children. All this is unacceptable and need to do better.

Don’t use the w home delivery if you want what you ordered. They may even substitute your items without consent after checking no substitutions.
I’ll stick w instacart and Amazon going forward as they don’t care about you once the order is dropped. You have to drive to the store to return when it’s their mistake. Don’t let me get started on crushed items like potato chips, eggs and crushed paper plates.
Walmart once stood for something - I feel like I’m dealing with a robot - good luck getting a human for customer support.
I hope this review helps others to not make the mistake of trusting Walmart to deliver what you ordered and in satisfactory condition.

I ordered groceries from Walmart. My groceries were delivered to the incorrect address. I called Walmart customer service to have the items redelivered. I was advised my items could not be redelivered, but my money would be refunded. I did not request that! It takes 5 days for the money to get back in my account! I spent the last money I had on groceries, so what am I suppose to do until then! I’m pissed!

Placed an order for delivery because medical issues prevent me from hauling them up 3 flights of stairs. I realize it’s not fun so I always tip appropriately. My driver came in the building and dumped all my bags in the lobby on the ground floor. And of course gave me no notification or call or text or heads up. So 2 hours later when I discovered where my order was I had to go neighbor to neighbor to get help bringing them up it’s humiliating enough not being able to do it myself. Then I call Walmart to complain and get a refund for the melted frozen things and I get passed to 6 different people only to have him promise he was refunding the tip and then not do it. Now the window has passed where I can’t get it refunded. So my driver get her full tip and no reprimand whatsoever for ruining half of my groceries and my entire morning because she didn’t feel like earning her tip. Walmarts non caring attitude about the whole mess has made me decide to cancel Walmart plus after being a lifelong customer. I’ll shop somewhere where they care about the customers and don’t treat them like a bother

I like a delivery service because I do not drive. However, if I put in a delivery order, then my items that go through should be accounted for and put aside so that I receive them. I have Covid and can't go get toilet paper for myself. They don't seem to have any and just waste my time not fullfilling that part of the order. Every single order has replacements or can't fullfill. This isn't a driver issue, this is a facility issue and stock order issue. I am very frustrated because it's not like I can go store to store when I have a virus in which I have to quarantine for the safety of others.

No food at this location EVER! Expired food is always available. Delivery went from 1 hour to 2 hours to receive your items, but that doesn't matter, it'll be delivered in 4 hours, time slots never on time. 7am scheduled deliveries can take all the way to 9:45pm and I always schedule my deliveries the day before or days before, and items never available. Membership is a waste of money - $12.99 a month for what? Walmart won't have your items even when the website show its available. Delivery drivers steal your items or pretend they delivered your order, and I'm constantly contacting customer service for a refund. I don't have time for that. So I have to wait several hours to receive my items, and finally get it and its stolen and or unavailable but mostly both. Either way you're not getting your items. How about when you want your items shipped and Walmart deliver them from the store instead of using FedEx. If I wanted it from the store. I would've picked a stupid time slot. I have to keep reporting expired items, missing items even though it shows all my items are available and on the way, and when I get them a lot of items are missing, refunding me is not solving the problem, and Walmart continues to blame everything on the third-party drivers as if Walmart don't have their own drivers under Spark. I don't recommend this Walmart to anyone. Starting over a year ago less and less items available, more and more expired items this Walmart is never stocked, and I do mean every department. Dear Walmart, no need to reply, you can save it for someone that gives a...May the next grocery store never be like this grocery store, and may they flourish and never move like this store. The key to success is to always move like you just opened! These companies think they're bigger than the program, just ask Tops, Radio Shack, Circuit City, Joanne, K-mart and so many more... Did not receive my order

We ordered a two pound bag of cheese, they delivered one eight ounce bag of cheese, as a substitution. How is 25% of the cheese ordered, a substitution? This was not the first time their delivery service failed to get orders correct but it is the last time for me.

Ordered cats supplies to be prepared for the storm, paid $15 extras do have it delivered between 1 to 3PM Around the delivery time, got a msg it was delayed, but they were still working on it, next delivery time was 1 hour later. Called customer service, they refunded $15 i paid extras and got a guarantee my order was going to be delivery today, its not true! Walmart isn’t delivering anything today , it is almost 9PM and no new update, just show delayed. Walmart has an untrustworthy delivery service. I’m done with Walmart …. Target here I go!!!!

Been a member for 2.5 yrs-Yet when needed in a snowstorm, unbelievably unreliable!
Am disabled. Order delivery 3X per month.
Must pay for delivery and monthly fee etc. went to order this am for the coming storm 2 days from now only to find that no delivery is available until tomorrow night. We are disabled and do not have a vehicle. Was hoping to rely on our Walmart + membership to get us through this storm. Sadly—not to be.

At the price of Walmart Plus, a person would have to be a shopoholic to come out ahead. I tried the $1 trial membership and found out that it was absolutely useless. I tried for a month to use it for toaster pastries and their Great Value marmalade, which is made in Poland and is higher quality than the expensive brands. They were out of stock every time I tried to order them, and now the pastries can't be shipped at all I tried the marmalade alone: out of stock for the entire month. I cancelled, and the cancellation email said I could use it until the normal end date, which was today. That wasn't true either. I tried to order a flag on the last day, but they were going to charge $7 postage. No, thanks. I will buy the flag from U.S. Flags, which has better deals when you don't get free shipping.

A person would have to shop constantly to make the postage savings add up to the cost. I buy something only when I need something. I am sure a lot of people buy things they don't want or need just to make their Walmart Plus or Amazon Prime worth the cost, which is very foolish. Both of these services make money for the companies that offer them, or they wouldn't offer them. That comes at the expense of the customers. Don't fall for it.

Always missing items and have a hassle getting a refund. Won't use again

Walmart online shopping is terrible. They’ll let you order stuff and thenyou are waiting for your order and it either gets canceled it or it goes into delay cause they don’t have the product. Why would you let me order something if you didn’t have the damn product now I’m sitting here waiting for my order that was supposed to be here yesterday and they’re telling me it is delayed in transit, but I was watching them yesterday tracking them. They were eight minutes from my house then just disappeared. Walmart do better.

Driver Bradley only delivered 4 out of 15 items and took picture from 30 feet away so you couldn’t see the items that were NOT delivered . He obviously stole,them never will I order from them again..and trying to get Walmart to replace them or get my money back was ridiculous ..4 phone calls and am still waiting for my refund.

Opened food items, missing items and delivered to wrong address. Will probably not opt for more of there delivery service

Its great having this option available but if you order for morning delivery, its picked by Walmart employees who don’t look for the items and just mark them not available. Substations are awful! Replacing $3 items with $20 items is ridiculous. Orders are constantly delayed because spark drivers wont accept the order because they want extremely large tips. I have signed up to be a spark driver myself, yet I am on hold because my area is full… but no one actually delivers. What am I actually paying for??
