Grocery delivery order suddenly cancelled
I had a scheduled grocery delivery order set to receive my groceries tomorrow when later last night I received an email stating it was cancelled. Walmart cancelled my order, with seemingly no good reason. It stated due to quantity limits they had to cancel my order, but I didn't order large quantities of anything. I contacted customer service via chat and was told it was suspected fraud. Still doesn't make enough sense because I used same card I always use when ordering groceries online. My address is the same where I was having it delivered to. I rely on weekly grocery delivery because I don't have a car and also have knee osteoarthritis,which makes it difficult for me to go get a lot of groceries on my own. Most times Walmart delivers fine, but when there are problems, it's big problems. I just re-ordered to have my groceries delivered tomorrow, so I sure hope it won't be cancelled AGAIN!

Horrible experience. There is no way of reaching the driver to discuss the substitutions. Some of these substitutions are absolutely ridiculous. Instacart may be a bit more expensive but at least there is a way of communicating with the driver. Every order from Walmart lately seems to be a nightmare.

Thwarted customer has to call their bank for resolution. Such a scam by a negative big box monster. Damaged, missing goods. Cancelled and too late deliveries. Regret their stores and their delivery monopoly corruption. With them the customer is NEVER right. At least our bank helped us.
Pathetic and lazy
Pathetic. I figured i would give it a try since I could not leave the house and needed a few things so signed up yesterday. One of my worse experiences ever. I ordered 5 items and was told two of the items could not be delivered do to not being in stock even though site said they are. I called the store and sure enough the items I wanted were in stock and employee said they were looking at 6 of an item I wanted. When driver showed up they lied and again told me they were all out so when I told them I called he just said I was wrong. I then called the store to speak to someone just to continuously be hung up on. Guess I'll stick to Amazon.

I had Walmart plus for 2 years
I had Walmart plus for 2 years. Small screw ups from time to time. The last straw was when I ordered groceries to be delivered , except they were delivered to someone else. After 2 attempts to get a refund, they sent a photo of my door and said we decided you did receive your groceries. I have a brown door but so does the other 25 units in my subdivision! The units are identical. Also, when I first reported the issue. I used their AI chat. The AI said there was a report of someone getting groceries they did not order.
Trying to dispute through my bank. Not looking good. I have canx my account with Walmart and warn everyone I know about their dishonesty.

Drivers Don't Follow Instructions
In the past Walmart grocery delivery has been okay but not today. I have delivery instructions that tell the driver to push the button for my door bell. I am hard of hearing and need the cue to go bring the groceries in the house and put them in the fridge. Today, the driver did not ring the door bell. Only two perishable items, a quart of Half and Half, and a 16 ounce tub of Cottage Chees. I had considered why it was taking so long for the delivery but remembered the driver was supposed to alert me by ringing the door bell. When the delivery windo expired I decided to look around and see if maybe they had been delivered to a neighbor by mistake. No. The groceries were on my porch... It was 75 degrees and when I checked the actual delivery time the items had been delivered at near the beginning of the window so... the Half and Hal and Cottage cheese were both at air temperature, 75 degrees and ruined because the driver did not alert me to the delivery by ringing the door bell. I'm not sure what to do about this. I think I deserve a refund for the spoiled items. I did leave a very negative review on Walmart's website but they have not responded and have not offered a refund for the spoiled items. As long as Walmart hires people off the street to deliver stuff this will happen. Over the last year I have never seen the same delivery person twice and some seem pretty sketchy.... This time it bit me and left me with ruined products!
Very bad delivery service!
Very disturbing the amount of time I am spending to get an order right! Walmart got rid of their delivery drivers and now use door dash which is ridiculous. From not delivering the items at all to showing up and asking for a return we did not call them about and finally, customer service promising to credit this said item that was not delivered, yet did not credit a single item it's enough already! I have to now call again and give this more time or be content with paying for something that was never sent. Worst experience! Never buying from them again!

Walmart has the WORST delivery
Walmart has the WORST delivery. First the website has no instructions. So, if you are business M-F, 8-5 - your package will be delivered on the weekend and rejected by Concierge or delivery person leaves out in rain in front of your highrise office building. Or the driver doesn't speak English and can't find office. THEN, when you speak to customer service about cancelling and crediting order - there is no email sent to business with confirmation of cancellation or credit. Only way to know is in 10 days when they "are supposed to credit your credit card". For a company that's been in biz as long as Walmart - they are clearly in the dark age. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY.
This is not a good delivery method
Twice in one week items were marked as delivered and truly had not been delivered to me. It is up to the person placing the order to track down the company actually shipping the item in order to perhaps get a replacement order delivered. I would not recommend using this service.

They use to be good about refunding and even now they are expecting me to bring expired food to the store!! Walmart's bait and switch delivery service
Every and sometimes twice a month I order delivery from Walmart using Walmart plus. And every delivery there always items that are "unavailable" I don't find out until after the order has been delivered that the items have not been included in the delivery. Many times the unavailable items are the only reason I place the order in the first place. So I have to then spend my time and money to drive to a different store after I just got a delivery to buy the items Walmart claims to not have. If I drive to Walmart, low and behold the items are always inevitably there. This is what is called a bait and switch. I am reporting this bait and switch behavior to the government because it is against the law. But nothing will be done because Walmart buys off our governmental agencies and their workers and directors.

How many times can you get an order wrong in one day? At Walmart for me today it was twice. They have literally stolen more than 4 hours of my life today. How you can screw things up so bad and then not be accountable. And then I try to go back and do it again and you are absolutely as bad the second time is the first time. How you have any customers at all I will never know.

There is no improving.. I literally have issues with about every order.. I check do not replace. they replace with something I do not want. They have done this 2xs now and after a 20minute chat got refunded. They are telling me if it happens again I need to come to the store in person? and its their mistake? I had an order for last sunday between 5-7.. around 2pm it showed preparing. 8PM it says your order is delayed with no estimated time. Well this is too late for me so tried to cancel. It said I couldnt cancel?? WHAT? WHY? your mistake and I have to wait up in case you can make it.. at any time? I selected my time because that is what worked for me.. the customer. So I started a 20minute chat said they cant cancel from there but they see the store did. 2 more chats and finally got this cancelled and refunded on Thursday (had my 122.00 for 5 days) then today Friday they go in and charge me some random amounts 4.98 and 2.80 -- another 30 minute chat as it had to be escalated for review.. and supposedly this was reversed. All this and I got a 10.00 credit IF I shop with them again... WOW.,. is this really worth it? I pay monthly for this service.. smh its horrible terrible and they dont care..

I have been cheated too many times at Walmart checkout counters. It keeps happening even though I have complained to them many times. Almost every visit, I am charged twice for a single item, and it's always a larger item. Since they refuse to fix the problem, I believe it to be a scam to increase their profits. There needs to be some legal action against this company to stop their stealing. I am sick of it!
