When you only order 5 items for delivery and receive 4.. smh. Every time I order from Walmart there has been an issue. I keep saying never again maybe I'll have to stick with that.🙄🙄😣

Do not join there Walmart+!
I recently joined because they forced me to, and I have not had a delivery on time! Or even at the right address since I joined!
Wouldn't even think about buying any of their groceries or their meats! They're extended warranty turned into total shit! If you don't have your original receipt which gets registered with the warranty company when you purchase it, they tell you that you cannot use the warranty! Good luck finding a Walmart that will pull the receipts for you so they obviously are in with the scam warranty program!

Walmart delivery F-

My grandsons 1st birthday party is this Saturday 7-26-25
It is a blues clues themed party.
I ordered a edible blues clues image to put on his cake. It took a week or more to arrive. I got notification that it was delivered on 7-22-25 I was so excited..went out to get it,to find nothing,anywhere..even checked with neighbors..it was never delivered or was delivered to a entirely different community
I reached out to customer service, and in short was told, we will refund it to Walmart credit so you can re-order...I don't have another week to wait for another one and hope it arrives.
Thanks for the crappie experience. This one really makes me mad out of all the issues I have had with them.. now I have to scramble for another plan on the cake..I won't be using walmart delivery any further.

Delivery from store never happens!

My local Walmart store in Roanoke Rapids NC does not deliver anything in a timely matter. I do not want to have my items delivered from Walmart because they either arrive late, damaged or not at all. When I place any order online from Walmart, I only order items that can be shipped. If my orders are delivered by FedEx I have very few issues. But since my local Walmart now delivers to my area, my items are no longer shipped even though I always order them to be shipped. Every time I place an order it says shipping until I pay, then it says items will be delivered from store tomorrow. But tomorrow never happens! It shows order received, then order being prepared, then order delayed! That goes on for days! Then if I call Walmart.com I am told to cancel the order and reorder the items, and then they say I will receive my items. But of course it will take up to 10 business days for the canceled items payment to be refunded to me!!! I DO NOT WANT MY ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED FROM THE STORE! I PURPOSELY ORDER ITEMS THAT CAN BE SHIPPED TO AVOID THIS FROM HAPPENING!!! I HATE WALMART ANYMORE! AND I AM A PLUS MEMBER WHICH REALLY MEANS NOTHING! JUST GET RID OF THE DELIVERY FROM STORE!!! Go back to shipping or pickup only!

I spent $180 on groceries on Walmart.com for my elderly Mom & Stepdad that lives in Chicago while visiting for my Birthday this year. Well my mom lives in a food dessert ( there's no grocery store foriles on end) this makes it much more difficult for someone who's elderly. Anyways the order was being fulfilled at 7535 South Ashland in which was a trash experience I mean they don't even answer the phone so you can check on your order. Then when you call customer service all they give you is excuses. Neva again!!! Whoever msnsges this store should be fierdddd, please please please never order groceries from Walmart.com!!!!

Somebody else’s order received….

For today, incorrect order received. Multiple times delivery service hasn’t delivered my order due to “nobody being home,” when each time I was home (I believe it’s spark delivery). I have received expired products and, missing/undelivered items consistently. I won’t be using this service anymore, isn’t worth it or the money I’ve spent for the service. Good news is, when complaining to customer service, they are good about reimbursements.

If a Spark driver is shopping and…

If a Spark driver is shopping and delivering my order. They are so clueless and don't know how to use the app. They buy perishables first and then go around the rest of the store. The time they bring my perishables they are warm and melted. Are they that ignorant to not realize the customers can see how they shop the orders? I heard they deactivated the good people and kept the worst ones

Don't even bother with them !!

This is the last time my client will use Walmart. She orders food 2x a month. Most of the time the delivery driver doesn't read the directions and just dumps the food somewhere on the property, or they don't knock on the door and just take the groceries back. They don't talk to her or even try. They just take the food away. The directions note she is blind and cannot find the food if it is thrown in some random place. The website always say it is experiencing difficulty when I try to correct things and there is no way to contact a human. If the food goes bad they don't refund her whole amount. ZERO stars if I could.

Walmart delivery is 100% in the toilet!
3 times in one week I get emails about
order delays. or I get the order late and
the idiot leaves 3 jugs of ice cream in the
van for who knows how long and guess what!?
it's all over the outside of the carton. just stupid
s**t like that. it depends where you live, I guess.

Never again

Never again. First of all, the delivery charge is a lot more than Kroger's fee; however, Kroger brings the sacks inside your home. On top of the fee, Walmart goes ahead and tips the driver for you! Kroger won't allow tipping...because they pay a decent wage.
But this driver would not bring groceries inside. I struggled to get them because I'm recovering from knee replacement. He also wouldn't release the groceries until I gave him some damn code, so they sat outside in the heat even longer! AND how do we know how long the food has been in the car! NO REFRIGERATION!

First time I ordered groceries from…

First time I ordered groceries from Walmart. I got a message that the half gallon of milk I ordered wasn’t available. There was no option for a brand substitution. I called the delivery line and asked them to send any brand of milk. But no milk was delivered. So either Walmart was completely out of milk or their substitution process stinks.

They can't get it right and somehow that's my fault

There are always missing items that are usually high priced items and they are punishing me. I can't get their delivery anymore. They need to pay more attention to who they have delivering. I'm paying 5 to 6 hundred dollars an order. I just want the stuff I paid for. It's ridiculous. Apparently they don't want my business so hello Publix. I'm truly over it. It wasn't always bad. It's this store.

Walmart hires some of the worst…

Walmart hires some of the worst delivery workers. I have delivery instructions to "leave at my front door" and it is kind of common sense one would think. Why would a person think it is okay to leave my order in my driveway next to my car? SMH!!

This driver needs a raise

Never got his name but one of the drivers was absolutely amazing! We ordered playdough and he found out it wasn't in his car to be delivered. He personally came to the door to apologize and even offered to buy more. We said that was unnecessary and he left. Came back a few hours later and he had bought the playdough himself and delivered it because he felt responsible. Amazing man

Newer Home/ Neighborhood: Not Worth The Battle

Our home was built in 2020. Walmart’s app, as of June 18, 2024, only routes the delivery service to the entrance to our subdivision (the store is 5.6 miles from our residence and the subdivision broke ground is 2014). We do not have visibility to this issue, until we track the drivers delivery

If my property is not within the GPS Walmart tool, it should NOT be an option to deliver to

Situation: Yesterday we submitted our grocery order. Today, we watched the process/tracker. It only directed the driver to the entrance of our subdivision. I hit call driver to direct them in, and an automated response said that the driver did not allow this feature. I then selected message the driver…. sent a text to notify them…. but had no reply. Within a few minutes…. I could literally see the driver from my window. I ran over to his car to explain that we were the white home to the left. The driver didn’t speak English. We then used google translator and I reexplained the situation and his response via translator was “sorry, I already processed the return and have to take it back in a the store”

I have been on the phone with the store and with Walmart chat for the past 4hrs and 20 minutes trying to understand when it can be redelivered. It is 11:01pm. I have been told that the app will no longer track the status….and if it didn’t deliver by 11pm …..it can arrive after 8am tomorrow.

This is simple. IF AN ADDRESS IS NOT WITHIN YOUR GPS DATABASE, DONT ALLOW A DELIVERY OPTION.

AND, WALMART, DONT TRY AND BLAME THIS ON THE FACT THAT THE DRIVERS ARE NOT WALMART EMPLOYEES AND ARE CONTRACTED (as your store just did). THE DRIVERS ARE RELYING ON YOUR TOOL TO SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMER

For the past two orders

For the past two orders, the pork
steaks were bad. Whom ever is
loading up the order in the store
should give presidence to the
newer use by dates. It's tough
throwing $20.00 in the trash.
If I were able to return these to the
store for exchange or
reimbursement, I wouldn't need to

Delivery is STILL a PROBLEM

Delivery is STILL a PROBLEM. Grocery pick up works great. Shipping works great. But the DELIVERY from the store continues to suffer. We had bad experiences in the past but then the delivery system seemed to be working okay for a few deliveries. But yesterday we ordered groceries to be delivered between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. At some point I checked the order on-line and noticed that WalMart had changed the delivery time from 9 p.m. - 10 p.m. and had not notified me. I went back to the original order and confirmed the delivery was to be 7- 9 when it was placed. After 10 pm the order still had not arrived. I contacted the chat and was told it could arrive until 11 p.m. It never arrived. Finally I received a text that the order was in process but delayed. Here I am the next day still wondering when it will come. I contacted the chat again to see if I could get a window of time for the delivery but they were unable to help me. One of the reasons we use the delivery service is because we are busy. Because we are busy, we need some sort of window of time for deliveries so we aren't trapped at home waiting on them to get around to delivery. If they are not going to have adequate drivers for a particular time on their website, they should make those times unavailable. We have Instacart as well and have never had a problem with deliveries using their service.
