The service this group in brisbane has provided has been fantastic, even with the pain of having a two day procedure they have thrived to do a quality job with a happy smile. I appreciate what they have achieved for me.

I felt comfortable with the whole process from initial consultation through to procedure and even post procedure. They were very supportive with encouraging me to ask questions, there was even pre and post calls from the nurses.

The procedure itself was great, Dr Ruk and his team were superb. The only pain was the anaesthetic being applied but there is no way to avoid that haha.

Gro are the masters. They make the process really easy. From the moment you meet with them they care about getting you a good result. I looked at other clinics and it was all too hard. If you are thinking about it, just do it! it will change your life and your confidence. Life is too short not to like the way you look! The team in Brisbane looked after me from start to finish and I couldn't recommended them highly enough!

I am fast approaching 12 months with Gro Clinic having had around 8k hairs transplanted in December 2020. At the time I was 28 and had significant balding to my frontal corners, through the middle of my scalp and to my crown. From the initial consult call with Russell through to the regular follows ups the process has been exceptional. Dr Adam Cho and his amazing team of reception, nursing and clinical support staff were so kind, respectful and supportive over the 2 day procedure. I experience absolutely no pain during 2 8-10 hour days of transplantation. The first two weeks were the hardest due to the sleeping situation and lack of ability to exercise but since then its been a breeze. I have gone from having little confidence, being overweight and having Mental Health challenges to being super confident, on camera for my work and business, lost weight and receive compliments on the daily. If you are considering this procedure I would say go for it - make it happen for you. Ask yourself - what would it cost for you to not invest in yourself and do this procedure? Then get on the call & book in a free consult. No regrets whatsoever.

So far so good! It’s only need 2 days since I have had the procedure done.
After care is simple, and is explained in detail.
Only thing is I am a side sleeper so it’s quite annoying sleeping on my back.

I have held off on writing a review for 18 months to make sure all results were achieved. I had a hair transplant at Gro (then DHI) in February 2020 and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Everyone was extremely Professional throughout the process. Tim was true to his word and assured I was 100% satisfied with my result. One of the best decisions I have ever made!

From the initial consultation to my 12 month post-op follow up it has been amazing.
The staff there are very professional and super friendly.
I would recommend this clinic to anyone and would go back for another surgery if I needed to (which I don't due to the incredible surgeons there).
I also want to thank Russell there, he is an invaluable team member and an all-round great guy.

I have received a reply to my first review from a person who is name was just (Mikko). No last name nor title of job with GRO. Maybe he just IT person from somewhere.

Because I rated them 1 of 5. They cancelled my nine months review. They put my name in the rubbish bin.

So Customers do not complain at all. Your money and hope has gone and there is no an independent panel to refer to them for any complain.
It is not advisable to go through court.

They lost lost lost my trust and I have learnt my lesson.
I hope other people may read my review and just Avoid them and seek a better trustful provider than them.

I have now had two transplants (the second a correction to the first).

Sure, I have a reasonable hairline but anything beyond that and there simply is no density. Despite being re-assured by Gro that the second procedure would have a better result I do not see a significant difference. As per the first procedure it starts off looking ok but gradually the grafts shed and do not come back. I feel that in my case the technology/process simply has not worked. The only way I can keep from looking bald is to do a “comb over” which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. I realise I am only four months into the second procedure. However, like the first time I simply do not see the progress I expected. I do not see any new hairs growing and I can not see how a significant change will take place before the 6 month mark.

I feel quite disappointed and depressed at the outcome. I feel I did not get what I paid for. The real commodity here is the 5.5K grafts I feel I have not ustilised to full effect. And I have limited resources for other companies to try and fix the problem.

As usual the staff have been great and professional. I give 2 stars for the staff and the hope that somehow I get the results I expected.

Its pretty simple to take money from my account and send out required medication, I find the time in-between payment and receiving the medication is taking longer each time, however i have not received and word back from you guys in regards to how my transplant is going. I was sold a lot of talk and very little action on the company's behalf and am very dissatisfied with the outcome of the transplant, extremely disappointed with the outcome and Melbourne gro clinics, ive received one email from Sarah gosling about a second procedure at a discounted price as a show of good faith, i was sold a lot and feel you guys have dropped the ball completely, yes there is an improvement and i will not deny that at all but what i was sold and what I've got are too complete polar opposites

I can't speak highly enough of the Gro BNE team. I have not had a 100% result with my hair treatment, however I have been offered a free corrective procedure as a result of both myself and the Gro team doing everything we can to ensure a great outcome. I have provided feedback of what could have been done better. And my feedback has been warmly received with gratitude and commitment to continue to improve their Gro practice and processes and advice to ensure the best outcomes are obtained. For me, whilst doing everything I could to ensure best results, I have been over washing my hair, unnecessarily and thus preventing natural oils from helping the hair. Lesson learnt. Gro will now include that advice in Gro after care literature and consultations. Along with my monthly orders, I also received some free hair care product as a thank you gift for providing feedback. Onwards and upwards
