Service was great and received the product in a good timeframe.

Just wasn’t happy with additional charges that was automatically taken out of my account.

But your customer service team was great in resolving the error.

This was hands down the most life changing (in a positive way) series of moments of my life.
From the time I walked through the door I felt a level of calmness and professionalism unrivalled.
The consultation was positive and the lead up to the operation day was supportive.
As soon as I was greeted by the nurses and Dr Adam I was assured this was the right place, right time and right decision. Everything went as expected, if not better than expected.
Dr Adam made a judgement call that the area he was treating would require more density to get the stamp of approval he holds himself to. Which shows again the level of professionalism and care the company aims for.
I couldn't recommend Gro highly enough. I do hope this review goes some way in educating you that if it feels right, do it.

I’ve been purchasing the tablet since April to no improvement to my hair line - seems like a placebo not a treatment

Very good. Easy fast service

I have to say the staff have been fantastic! The nurses have been patient and attentive. My points are purely based on results. After the procedure and spending a substantial amount of money I am not entirely happy with the results.
My head does not fully have the hair amount or coverage I had hoped for. I’m disappointed as it feels like the work is incomplete or half done. I still have a significant bald patch in my crown area that I wanted covered. I still feel very self conscious about that area the same as I did before.
I was told initially that I didn’t have enough donor hairs to cover the specific area however when I went in for my 3 month review the doctor said I had enough hair to cover the crown area that I was concerned about. This is frustrating as it could of been covered and the procedure done to those areas in the first place.
If this was assessed more accurately I would have had the proper procedure and I would be 100% happy to give a 5 star review. Very unfortunate that it did not turn out that way.

What was promised in the initial consultation was not the same as in the quote. It is best not to over sell in the then under deliver. Also my initial feedback was requested before I was given the quote, i was happy with the consult so I gave a good review. But after receiving the quote I was very annoyed and couldnt provide feedback at that time. Therefore, the feedback process and timing needs to be looked at.

I have just had hair transplant at the Gold Coast surgery on Chevron Island. I expected the process to be fairly uncomfortable, but it was just the opposite. The procedure was explained in a clear, unhurried manner which greatly reduced any anxiety I may have had.
I slept, watched movies, and had a generally, very relaxing appointment, with morning snacks, and lunch later served. The team that did the transplant for me were very professional and friendly also helping me to feel at ease. Liz at the front desk was incredibly helpful with the paperwork and helping me out with any general queries I had.
I highly recommend Medici Capelli at Chevron Island for hair procedures.

Probably one of the best investments I’ve made. My hair loss was rapid from about 35. Shaving my head didn’t work as my head shape is not good for a shaved head. I was not wanting to swim or go anywhere without a cap. I never thought the results would be this good. Just in 6 months I seem to have a full head of natural hair. I’m more confident and am able to now step out of the shadows. The confidence and peace of mind is truely amazing. It feels like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders. The process was highly professional from start to finish. The friendly team at GRO Docklands in Melbourne is truely amazing. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I had my hair transplant done 18 months ago and I am extremely happy with the result. I was starting to thin in my crown and my hairline was receding so I decided to contact Gro. Tim and the team were great, they explained everything in great detail and told me what I could expect from the treatment and over the next 18 months. My hair has continued to grow and thicken up since the treatment and my confidence is back. I would have no hesitation going back to Gro in the future as they looked after me so well.

These guys are great. I was indecisive to begin with when deciding on my procedure with Gro Melbourne. It was a big decision for me. I read all the reviews and done all the research I could before biting the bullet. It has now been 12 month since my procedure and the results have been fantastic. Gro Melbourne took great care of me on the day and provided detailed instructions about how I should go about my next few days/weeks/months, which I followed to the letter.

My hairline has completely changed. These guys did the great work to begin with to set me on a path to feel better and look better. It’s was tough at times, you worry if it’s truly going to work, but you just got to have faith and the results were totally worth it.

I’m very thankful to the team at Gro Melbourne for the work they do.

PRP injections. Phoned clinic to discuss transplant and prp. Spoke to Geri and phone went down when I was still talking.

Very friendly at consultant and seemed honest. Didn't get to meet the transplant surgeon. Instead Geri gave her opinion and steered towards prp. I didn't get to ask about the PRP machine or plasma platelet weight as Geri had to leave the clinic early that day. She said she would concentrate on the front central area where thinning is obvious. Told this would improve the thickness and health of hair prior to transplant and to research prp on u tube. Advise wasn't given as prep prior to treatment.

First treatment was brilliant. Very professional and took photos so paid for cause of three and had hope my hair would improve. Aftercare advise wasn't given so looked this up on u tube.
Second treatment wasn't as comfortable as the first. Agreed to concentrate in main area. 3 short booster injections in mid central area and she concentrated in areas were the parting was good and didn't need it. Said she had use extra plasma this time but same number of needles used. Where they half full the first time?

My heart sank!!

In my opinion she avoided the central area.
I couldn't feel the plasma under my scalp this time. Watched manual application of PRP injection on u tube and it is consistently slow controlled injections in the main area not around it. No boosters used.

Decided not to return for last treatment as no difference in hair or improvement in texture whatsoever. I don't expect there will be if she won't treat the area she agreed! So not willing to have more needles in my scalp.

Application is questionable and Geri won't say much about PRP.
I don't know if PRP works. I would be willing to try again at another clinic but only if a PRP injection tool is used as a bad application makes the treatment ineffective. It's heart breaking for women to loose hair and stressful to know your wasting your time.

I advise to have a consultants at different clinics, regardless of pricing. Before deciding who to proceed with. If you don't get the answers walk away.
