I had not received my order and for which i spoke to the chat executive tamanna which had no will to help me out. Why would someone be lying about not receiving the order. They have ridiculous services do not buy anything from them just go out and buy some fresh products instead as they provide low quality products

Delivery boy cheated and bad customer care support.
Delivery boy is cheated. He took out 1 item from my order which cost me around Rs.600. At the time of delivery I received teared packet when i ask for the same to delivery boy he said "Sir uthatey huey khul gya" but when i open it 1 item is missing. So, I raised a complaint against him but no sataisfactory response from grofers customer care. Simply a cheat by grofers delivery executive and bad response from customer care support too. So this is my last order from grofers as well.Going to uninstall grofers. Buh bye.
