I was there for my suit for an event…

I was there for my suit for an event but never got the suit because the size was different and he was no where to be found to make it up to me.I wanted to help an African business but not again..I needed this suit for urgent program.. I'm not coming back.Poor customer relationship.

He never gets the order right.Instead of him making sure existing customers have top notch service, he's out there chasing the new ones and when they become old clients he'll treat them like same way and the cycle continues.He doesn't care if you have the right order and just interested in making money. Very poor customer service experience.

Dropping calls on your clients when they need clarification on agreements made prior really isn’t it, especially when Tha miscommunication came from your outfit. You need to work on your customer experience.

Scam

Poor customer service,very rude,in short it’s more like a scam page,everything on the site is not real and you have to pay for alterations and shipping meanwhile it’s stated clearly that it’s free shipping,you gotta come clean if you doing legit business.

Your husband to be asked it to be shipped to a new adress without paying for it.
This isn’t done by our company,Suits ordered at the shop has to be paid for the third party to be shipped at any chosen adress ..

Very very unprofessional

Very very unprofessional. pull up your socks. Customer satisfaction is key but you rather have the money and leave the customer unsatisfied. Over promise and deliver below average. Place not worth visiting again. BEHAVE☹️☹️

Worse experience ever

Worse experience ever, not keeping appointments dont listen to the problems, act as if they did nothing wrong and then after its fixed they let you pay for that yerself too!
