Beautifully Designed and Easy to Use
I’m so pleased with the whole unit. It was recommended to me by my daughter in law and I’m so glad I got it. Regarding the replacement blades it’s super easy to attach them to the base. There is a magnetic pull that makes it easier to get the blades in the right place. The blades themselves are so soft and gentle, gliding across the skin. There is no pain when using it on the face either. It’s a brilliant piece of engineering that I expect to get years of use from

First pod broke within a month, got a replacement after 2 weeks, that pod worked but I had to buy amogher attachment. Not the groom here brand of attachment as the one I had from them had seized and wouldn't even run. Then the free hygiene plan that was meant to send out the firdt replacement free as a part of the sign up deal never got sent. So I then had to resubscribe and then they sent me a non magnetic one and said if I wanted a magnetic one it was an extra fiver so 20 quid instead of the 16 quid. Then to add insult to injury I saw the exact same pod on Temu for 5 quid instead of the 50 I paid. Which shows how successful dropshopping can be with a bit of decent advertising.

Still waiting to receive the product not the best of starts it's been with the delivery company 3 days without moving so not got much hope in it actually turning up!! Charge enough for the product and can't even deliver within a few days very poor service.

Obliterates unwanted hair with a gentle swoop
Absolutely superb process from exploring the trim pod on the website to using it a few days later. I was sceptical but took the plunge and I’m so pleased I did. I love this dynamic tool so gentle and effective - it rocks. I love the design of it, the multiple tools which come as standard. This little demon blasts away pubic hair with such ease you are left with soft skin. It makes trimming up addictive. I highly recommend.
Don't bother! Mine broke after 10 uses
I suppose I have to give this 1 star, as I was initially really impressed with this product. (although it takes forever for GroomHere to send you anything)
I used it 10 times (over the course of 4 weeks) before it broke!
I hadn't even used it in the shower, and had cleaned it after every use as instructed.
The part between the blade and the motor seized up and when it did it sliced my head.
All of this didnt bother me, until I had to deal with their customer service (as usual no number to call) the slowness of their response, unable to offer a refund for a faulty product. They would only offer a replacement, however I don't hold out much hope if the original lasted me less that a couple of weeks.
Its taken so long for them to do something i've bought another shaver!
What made me laugh is they wanted me to pay the postage and packing for the replacement part, and only after sending a couple of emails did this get waived.
My advice is buy this product if you want to waste your money, and end up faffing around with the customer via email for weeks.
Streets ahead of version 2.0
The version 3.0 is a game changer over version 2.0. Same great shave however the magnetic head pulls off to allow cleaning and maintenance to be done in less than a minute.

I started losing my hair in my forties, proceeding to the inevitable comb over. My wife eventually got tired of this look and one evening, when in my fifties, took a pair of scissors and, much to my chagrin, cut off my top knot. I then began to pay attention to my grooming using both wet razors and a variety of electric shavers. The wet razors cut, the electric shavers just didn’t cut the mustard and then, in my seventies I found the Trim Pod 2.0 and what a find, no more cuts and a perfect trim every time, so happy, so satisfied. Then came the magnetic blade, what a revelation, I didn’t think the original could be bettered but oh I was wrong. The new blade is phenomenal, shaving is so much smoother, so much quicker, I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you. Robert

Have used Groom products for over a year now and am more than pleased with the product it's the closest shave I've had, I also use the replacement blade program and am more than happy with the service Groom provide, would highly recommend
nice trimmer, poor subscription service
I purchased the tripod 3.0, with the subscription plan.
When the first new trimmer head was sent, they had sent me the head from the 2.0. No big deal, I thought I would reach out and ask them to rectify it.

This obviously has a few glaring issues, why when they send the trimpod 3.0 out, would anyone sign up to a subscription plan (which is pushed at point of sale, and in multiple emails after the fact), if they thought they were going to get the wrong head for the trimpod 2.0? When someone buys the 3.0, the subscription plan should be for the 3.0.
I responded asking for a refund to be told that I can have a refund if I send the head back to them, which I'm sure will cost me more than the £12 I paid for the replacement head subscription in the first place
How on earth you can operate like this is beyond me, you will lose many more customers probably than you even realise by people passively cancelling their subscription and not giving you feedback.

A cut or more above the rest
This is a cut above the rest I feel, well 7 blades means several I suppose. There’s also a 5 & 3 blade option, I have the subscription offered and that means my head is so much smoother than my Butt.
Don’t get cut, or use on your Butt, groomhere wont bring you to tears. 😃
