Unwanted subscription of £20

Product is average at best - takes longer than advertised to arrive.
they also tie you into a subscription I had no idea I was in.
they make it as difficult as possible to get out of.
I would not use this company or their service.

Please be careful when purchasing

Please be careful when purchasing from this company. I bought a product that did not work at all—extremely poor quality.
Customer service is practically nonexistent. You can email them, but they don’t respond, and there’s no other way to get in touch. On top of that, they continue to take recurring payments from your bank account, and getting a refund seems impossible. The only way to stop the charges is to cancel your subscription altogether.
I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this company.

Brilliant product reasonably priced

I bought the razor kit and travel bag. Very happy with both. My order arrived the day after I ordered it and I got a discount on the travel bag. Very happy with my purchase. It was well packaged and it does actually work as they say it does. Very easy to use. Very happy customer. They also offer a discounted subscription scheme for new blades. Brilliant!

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish, can’t get the attachments on. Watched endless videos, still can’t seem to attach them. Wish I’d read the reviews on here before purchasing.

I love it!

This is the 3rd skull shaver I have tried and I’ve had no problems with it, at all! In fact it is by far the best shaver I’ve tried. I have always struggled with shaving rash and redness as my hair grows in weird circles, under my chin and on my neck. I’ve tried several electric shavers for my face stubble over the years and they’ve always left my face and neck red and angry, and without leaving a decent smooth finish.
Since using the TrimPod my head, face and neck haven’t looked better. It gives my head a very nice and easy shave when using the 7 head attachment, and then switch to the 3 head attachment for the face and neck.
It doesn’t cut as close as a safety razor, but I’m grateful for that as it stopped me getting ingrown hairs.
For the price I can’t rate it high enough. I’ve set up a regular order for replacement heads starting in 2 months.
I’m a very happy customer and feel sorry for those who’ve had a bad experience.

The shaver is smart and easy to use

The shaver is smart and easy to use, it’s not as good as the videos show, if you go that fast you won’t shave much.
The large head isn’t as good as it looks, I need to finish shaving with the much better smaller one, the attachments are easy to fit and change.
The price is very good for what you get and the round design is so easy to hold and use, even in the shower.
The delivery seemed to take for ever, mine took nearly four weeks to arrive.

Finally I found a great head shaver !

Tried several head shavers over the years and finally have one I am totally happy with. The trim pod 3 gives a very close shave in no time at all, magnetic head is great and easy to clean, no more flicking up individual heads to clean. The accessories are great as well, ear/nose trimmer and various sizes of blade guards. Looking forward to using this for a long time to come.

Not impressed with the Trim Pod 3 product or customer services.

Bought the Trim Pod 3.0 as a body shaver. Unfortunately it hasn't given me the shave I was looking for. I feel that the RPM of the rotating heads are too slow and the large disc is too big to manage the bony bits (collar bone) and crevasses.
so I have tried to return it within the 30 day no quibble time period and here lies the problem! Trying to get Groomhere.co.uk to acknowledge I want to return and send the appropriate return address has been a non-event. Absolutely nothing from them! Not impressed!

🚨🚨🚨🚨AVOID AS NO PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE🚨🚨🚨🚨

Ordered replacement blades and, after nearly a month, the item still hasn’t been received.

Throughout the process, I received completely conflicting information. I was told the parcel was ready for collection but was never provided with a QR code or any collection details. I was then told it was delayed, followed by a notification claiming it had been delivered, which is simply not true.

When checking directly with the courier, the tracking shows the parcel has not been delivered and is still with them. This completely contradicts the information provided by Groom Here.

Communication has been extremely poor throughout, with no clear answers and no resolution.

I have now had to pursue a chargeback due to their failure to deliver or properly resolve the issue.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

don't waste your time

The so called customer service is absolutely rubbish. I have now been waiting nearly 3 months for either a refund or a replacement as the actual shaver itself broke after barely using it. they supposedly sent me an invoice to pay for shipping for a replacement but they didn't actually send me anything; even so why should I have to pay to replace a product that is broken?

Very bad customer service.

Very bad customer service.
I forgot to cancel the subscription, emailed immediately to stop the order going through. Their email states 2-3 days to process to courier and you have 2 hours to change the address if needed.
I received an email stating they could not stop the order and to just wait for it and return it. At this point I was still within the 2 hours deadline to change address so how can i not cancel? They could have cancelled and kept my custom (i would have ordered another time to replace the head, just not yet. Now I wont bother.)
When i questioned this with them, I was ignored. The package has now been sent (3 days later!)
