Excellent communications, kept up to date with everything. The groomi pet brush is perfect.

I got mine I think a few years ago now and I have to leave this review as it is SO GOOD. I have a greyhound, the hair, dead skin, dust etc that it gets out amazes me every time. She loves it too! I've told all my other greyhound owning friends about it and when I send them videos of the amount of stuff I get out they are shocked. Many have now bought their own.

There's so many items that aren't good out there so I wanted to leave this review after so long so you know this is definitely a good buy 😊

Awful Customer Service, only half of my order turned up and still waiting for the products they supposedly have posted again.

I placed an order, only for the delivery company to leave it out side by my bin. Which some 1 has taken.
Contacted groomi numerous times, only by email as they say they can't call out.
And groomi have stated I've received a replacement but this is a lie. I've not received no replacement I wasn't even advised a replacement is being sent.
I wouldn't use them again or recommend using. Customer service is next to none

Products are very good quality l got the trimming comb for my dog gets all the lose hair out and gives a trim as well the only problem is with delivery took quite long

Groom Comb is excellent, also brought shampoo and conditioner love it left he’s fur so soft

Holy moly - it's absolutely amazing, as my little rescue Ollie will happily savage my fingers as he hates being brushed, and having just used the Groomi, only the odd savage instead!! Plus he doesn't actually shed as he's a maltichon, but he is very prone to matting and this has worked an absolute treat on him! Honestly, you should update the website about this including working on non-shedding dogs, as I just soo wish I'd heard about it sooner!!

Great service from this company. Ordered the Groomi for my Rottie. She doesn’t like being brushed or combed but doesn’t mind the Groomi at all. Wish I’d known about it before.

Very efficient service from Groomi, which arrived perfectly packaged and on time. My lab cross doesn't particularly like a groom, isn't fussy on any comb we've used before, but she likes this and lies down so we can work down her fluffy coat, neck to tail. Her coat is soft and silky after use. Would highly recommend.

Edit 06.07.23. I never received my brush. I was unable to get the company to respond to me about a refund so I had to process it through my bank. Also, the reply doesn't explain why negative review comments on tiktok were removed. Or why I was blocked for asking for a response to my emails.

I ordered my brush on April 26th with 5 day shipping and I still haven't received it. I have messaged via their website and emailed and have only just received a response to those today. One told me that my item may be lost, the other said they have only just dispatched it.

I also commented on their tiktok and they have now blocked me. I politely asked for an update and my comments were deleted. Someone else commented a polite but negative review and their comment was deleted. I asked why over tiktok messages and email and they said it was because tiktok bans specific words. However, no slurs, rude or offensive words were used. I asked in a polite and professional manner if I could have an update on my parcel, and then why my initial comment was deleted. I just now saw they were doing a live on tiktok and asked why they delete negative comments. I got blocked. Shady business who are trying to run from anything negative. Definitely not the way to succeed as a 'small business'

Edit: in response to the reply from Groomi… I understand that and have experience in both a groomers, and a pet shop. However, on TikTok in particular, this is being targeted to anyone and everyone, and there are many people who do not know how to use a deshedding tool correctly. Tools like this and other popular brands, are not recommended on non-shedding dogs, especially short haired dogs, as can cause skin irritation. The way in which you are advertising the product needs altering. You are currently targeting it for all fur types. Anything that leaves scratches on your skin without having to apply pressure, is not great, and there are many videos going around where you can see the pressure some people are applying when using with this tool!

Bought this after seeing all the hype on TikTok. We have a Frenchie and he really dislikes me using this on him. It’s a comb with sharp serrated edges - tested on my arm and it left behind scratches that stung. This in time will irritate the dogs skin, and cause dandruff and more shedding. Considering the price, it feels cheap and of low quality.

The best brush I have ever used!!! So so shocked at what came off my English bulldog and I’ve noticed a difference with shedding about the house. 100% recommend

Amazing! Literally gave my dog 3 strokes with the groomi and it brought an absolute ball of fluff off him! Love it!

We used the brush straight away and it was brilliant I was amazed at how much hair came out when I brushed her and my dog didn't flinch which indicates how good it is thank you
