Their customer service is terrible
I've ordered a bag in the first of October and still didn't recieve it.
I've sent them two emails to ask when I will finally recieve my bag,but they didn't answer to my emails.

Fantastic company to do business with. The website is very easy to navigate, there are so many patterns to choose from, and they arrived within the stated timeframe. There was an issue with the fit of one pair and they remedied it right away. I am very happy with my pair.

Amazing company! The shoes I ordered didn’t fit properly, so the company offered to send me new ones for free and encouraged me to donate the other pair to charity or a shelter! Customer support was super quick to reply and extremely helpful. Shoes came in good time (about 7-10 days) and we’re really good quality!

Amazing product, amazing craftsmanship. I had an issue with my first pair not fitting so I emailed the company. They sent me a replacement pair for free and told me to keep the first pair and donate or give them away. Amazing company, and amazing customer service experience. Highly recommend and they send you the cutest stickers.

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my daughters. They took a while to arrive, and when they did they didn't fit. I was pretty bummed, but I remembered they had a guarantee. I contacted customer support by email about an exchange, and they explained what I needed to do. They were extremely helpful.
Now my daughters each have a pair of shoes they love! The look, feel and fit are now perfect. I have been telling everyone about them!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Groove Bags and I absolutely love them! Especially the ones with my dogs' faces on them! So cute! I also ordered a pair of the flower ones. I love them because they go with pink, which I wear a lot of. I love this business! You should order from them! ;)

Got two unique pare of shows. when I noticed that the shows were smaller then I intended. I reached out to Grooves to see what they could do. They got back to me quickly an sent me a free replacement with the correct size!
so Im very impressed with the incredible unique designs of the shoes and the customer service of Grooves Bags. I will 100% be a loyal customer till the end! I do recommend Grooves to anyone an everyone!! Go get them cool unique shoes n other cool products that they sell!!!

Make a purchase in the month of December as part of the Christmas gifts to make to my friends. Although the order took a while, they arrived in excellent condition. Unfortunately, two of the girls did not fit their canvas shoes, to which I proceeded to verify with the company what their return policy was. To my surprise and joy all my doubts answered super fast. Both tracking the package when it was late, and when I needed two shoes one size larger. I am very pleased and delighted with the service and quality of your products.

I've ordered multiple shoes over the years, and the designs are great. I'm a middle school science teacher and these shoes are a fun way incorporate science and get the students talking. Shoes look great and and the customer service is one of the best I've seen. I accidently ordered the wrong size of shoe, but they were more than willing to accomodate me and send me the correct size. Despite the pandemic, the shoes arrived within a reasonable amount of time.

I have been shopping with Groove bags for many years. I love the variety and Quality of all their products. Many of my purchases have been for gifts for friends and family, although I have boots, shoes and bags that are all MINE!!!
