Very bad online shop. It may be cheaper than elsewhere but in my case item wasn't actually in stock and the tracking number provided isn't existing. Waiting almost 2 weeks for an item shall have been delivered after 4 days maximum. Very annoying.

The CD I ordered was priced very competitively and despatched promptly. There was a slight delay in delivery but that was down to the postal services, not Grooves Inc. The item was packed well and arrived in good order. Communication with/from Grooves Inc was very good.

I purchased a phone from Grooves Inc.It arrived today working perfect & the packing was unreal im sure if it fell 100 Metres it would remain intact Well done I shall deal with you again

I ordered a present for a friend 2 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. They claimed it would arrive in a week, then two, then by November 12th. It is now November 16th. Their customer service has been awful. Do not order

Ordered a Makita Reciprocating saw that was 'In Stock' - took 7 days to despatch item and it will take a further 5 days for delivery!

Polite, but:
They sold me Panasonic expensive shaver without having it! So, after weeks of waiting, I was offered to wait yet another month!!
In the end I got my money back, and had to start buying the shaver all over again.

I ordered a minecraft pirate ship lego from grooves inc. because they had a great price on this set n offered a worlwide shipping for free too. My order arrived after about 10 working days to UK, well packed. Website was easy to use n i would highly recommend to buy from this seller. Just be patient if u live outside of germany as it can take longer for the order to arrive.

Be very careful of this company, especially when something goes wrong. The prices are good, but there is a catch. I bought a floor washer for £190, about 200 Euros. It took a while to arrive, but eventually got it. After a few washes the machine started falling apart to a point where it was totally broken. I contacted the company and they wanted to see picture which I gladly sent them. After I sent the machine back to them I haven't heard anything. After two weeks I contacted them and I was told to be patient. More time passed and I send them another email with the same response, be patient! Which I thought was not very good customer service. About two months passed and then eventually they came back to me claiming that it's an old machine. I couldn't believe what I read in the email. The machine was very clearly not old and it was the piece of junk that I bought from them. They told me after all that time that they are not going to refund me, replace the machine or fix it. They also told me because I changed the plug from a European plug to a British plug I tampered with the machine. I admitted to them that I changed the plug because I live in the UK and needed a UK plug, but that is not a reason for the machine to fall apart. I tried to phone them, but surprise, surprise you can not speak to customer services. You can only contact them via email. They now have the machine and my money. They wanted me then to pay more money to send the broken machine back to me. I sent the machine back shortly after I bought it and felt that a floor washer at that price should not be falling apart after two weeks. It's always good to get a bargain, but if something goes wrong you will not see your money or your product from Groovesland again. In my opinion they are nothing but con artists and clearly doesn't follow trading standards. Be very, very careful of them.
