I was a bit apprehensive to order the laptop, since it was dispatched from Germany, but it arrived very quickly, and the team communicated to me to ensure that I understood it came with a german keyboard.

They don't give any tracking numbers or status information on orders other than saying they shipped the package and good luck and pray it gets delivered one day. It took me a month to get my package. Support was entirely unhelpful and uncaring.

My order was sent promptly but took almost two months to get to South Africa but a substantial amount of the time was the delay in the South African customs department. However Laila B in the support team must be congratulated for her patience with the numerous emails that I sent complaining about the delay. Well done Laila.

BEWARE: DISHONEST AND LIARS! I bought a CD that had to be back-ordered. After waiting for more than a month, the item was re-stocked, but instead of sending me my ordered copy, they decided to re-list the CD for twice the price (both on their website and discogs)! When being approached via their online contact form about this, they only replied ‘The item is currently not available. We are still awaiting its delivery’ which was an OBVIOUS LIE! I even called them, only to hear the same. Note, it is not a matter of different versions or conditions: there is only one single version of that CD out there, and I bought it as ‘new’ from them (which is how they re-listed the available copy). In my whole life I have never ever experienced such UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR from a record dealer!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU IN UK. What they don't tell you is that the price doesn't include Customs duties. And don't believe the delivery times either - I'm still waiting.....long after the promised delivery.

I placed an order for £257.50 last week, received email confirmation but nothing more. After checking online status, I messaged customer support as order stated unpaid. I explained that I selected bank transfer which had transferred immediately.
(Leila B) responded saying they would despatch once they receive payment which was worrying. I then responded with evidence of transfer but since providing evidence they have chosen not to respond to any messages.
My order status still remains as unpaid and I am now missing £257.50 from my account!

GrovesLand were able to obtain a disc of wonderful music from the Faroe Islands I'd been unable to source at a reasonable price from any of my usual UK-based music suppliers, Amazon or eBay. Very responsive customer service too, updating me on progress when I enquired. Highly recommended.

I found them online and placed an order....I did not realize they were in a different country than myself, and was concerned about the DVD I had ordered. I emailed and got a response and confirmed it would not be able to play in my DVD player. I requested to cancel my order and they did so. I am very grateful and looking forward of buying from them in the future, for they have a huge inventory of stuff! :-)

Ordered an EDID emulator on Jan 17th. It took 2 weeks to get it delivered. I almost started panicking :)
