Easy to order does take a few weeks to get but I love my shoes. I've noticed such a different they make. I stand most of the time while at work and do not notice any type of pain in my feet like I use to with my old pair of shoes (not this brand or kind). I will be buying more for myself and family.

The boots that I received are not made correctly. I wear a size 8 but the toe box is more like a 6! Very poor construction. The company is not taking responsibility for the production error and are not giving me the refund that they post in their advertising. Save your money! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Boots took a long time to arrive. Absolutley NOT the boots pictured. Horrible black with bright blue un coordinating soles. So ugly. Total mis representation of their product. Very disappointed.

I ordered from this place what I received was cheaply made wrong size. I went back and forth with company their options for a refund were for me to send them back which they themselves said would be costly another option was they would give me a small discount to order more shoes from them ,after writing an honest review of the company got their attention they replied with the offer of refunding my money if I'd remove my bad review I told them I'd remove my bad review when I got my money back . My refund was sent in 3 different refunds to my card but it was not a full refund for the 2 prs. I'd bought . Save yourself the hassle by just not ordering from them you will not get a quality product and getting a refund will be extremely hard.The positive reviews they get are questionable or maybe they received the few prs. of decent shoes this company has 😂

I received my shoes with no problem, while they did take a few weeks to arrive, the shoes were perfect and they were ever so comfy. I will be ordering several more!

I ordered these shoe because of the reviews I've read about comfort and standing on concrete. From day one they stood up to every word. Now I have no fatigue from standing on concrete during my 10 hr shifts.

Ordered boots in January new delivery date March. Million of excuses worst company ever. Stay far far away. At this point I doubt they will come. Do not get fooled by the good reviews. I cannot stress enough. Very bad!

The boots were knockoffs, bootlegged, I could have bought these from the dollar tree for $5…. They better give me back my money 💴 and the other pair never came…. They sent something but it was not the item I ordered

UPDATE: I have now received a full refund after my experience and I appreciated that. I recommended that the company update its website to clearly define the return policy of having to return it to Vietnam unless, of course, they rethink their returns. I am updating my review so that others will check carefully what their choices are should there be an issue with the purchase made.

I purchase a pair of shoes and although I ordered a half a size bigger they ran small. I WOULD have exchanged if the look of the shoes wasn't VERY different than the picture. Described as leather (waterproof) they were NOT anything like the picture. They were manmade faux leather. I wanted to return and expected to pay shipping to the return address in Vernon, CA. NO!!! I was directed to return them to VIETNAM at my expense with caveats of "shipping time might be delayed and your package can be lost or stuck in Customs during the shipping time and we will not accountable for any situations like that." To say I was astonished is an understatement. It is a bait and switch that is NOT in their return policy on their website. I would NEVER take a chance with a company that is NOT UP FRONT with the truth about their return policy. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I bought a cute pair of ankle boots at a good price. They arrived and looked exactly as pictured. They're easy to slip on and off and came with an orthopedic insert--a sturdy, slip-in arch support. I am happy with my purchase.

This was the best gift. I have not had any pain in my feet since I started wearing these shoes. They were true to there sizes and so comfortable.

I recently bought the Snowy Boots from Groovywish for my wife and she loves them. The boots are stylish, warm and comfortable, perfect for the cold weather. The quality of boots is good for 65$ price tag. Highly recommend the Snowy Boots for anyone looking for a warm and fashionable gift for their loves ones.

Placed my order on January 7, 2023. Still waiting for 2 items I ordered. I have contacted GroovyWish 2 x's with zero results.
I suspect this will be a complete rip off.

The boots online were not what I received! First off, they were delivered in a tiny post office bag from Vietnam somewhere....no box, they were cheap looking and not comfortable, and the plastic zipper broke the first day I wore them! Where is there any proof of being a "Groovywish" item, all it says is "since 1947" and "Geiasou" on the uncomfortable inserts. Not a happy girl......absolute b.s.!

This company WILL screw you over.
Do not give them a dime if your $.

I purchased a pair of men’s snow boots and my boots started coming apart at the seams on one boot. I only had them on to go to a doctors appointment. I’m very disappointed at how fragile these snow boots are.

Terrible received boots as a Christmas present they were too small even though they are my size. Tried to exchange for larger size they refuse if its 7 days after receiving the boots. Ridiculous impossible when there a gift. Quality is awful cheap materials definitely won't keep you warm.

Keep doing what makes your footwear worth the purchase, I've worn many pairs of performance shoe's and your product is by far the best.

The boots i received were not as described on the website. Extremely low quality and heavy chemical smell fron the plastic they are made from. I have contacted them and also filed a complaint with PayPal.

Edited to add: I've read through the 5 star reviews. Comparing my experience and those of the other 1 start reviews I suspect the 5 star ones of being fake.

Second edit: groovywish answered my email. They claim I received the correct merchandise. Made no comment on the fact that what is pictured on their site is not what I received. Told me I has to pay shipping and duty fees for my refund. After I had already told them I would not do so. They also ask yiu to review the product you teceive. I did but it was a 1 start rating and they took it down immediately.
