Horrid Customer Service

Won't reply to emails in a timely manner. Website claims they will issue a return label for returns, but nope. They make you send it back on your dime. Even though it's VERY clear on their website that they will issue a return label. Won't respond to emails until well past 90 day return policy deadline.

Responds well to customer inquiry emails, but once there's a problem, don't expect to hear from them.

I recommended them to several friends who ended up purchasing as well (before I had the return issues) but I will never recommend them again.

Still trying to resolve return issue, but again, no response to emails.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your willingness to help, but I need to clarify several points regarding the grounding sheet I purchased.

When connected to my standard UK outlet with the correct plug (as provided), the grounding sheet consistently causes my flat's electrical circuit breaker to trip. This happens immediately upon plugging it in, suggesting there is an issue with the product itself rather than my home's electrical setup. All other electrical devices in my home function perfectly without causing any circuit trips.

While you mention this issue hasn't been reported before, that doesn't eliminate the possibility that this particular unit is faulty. I understand that you want to troubleshoot, but I'm uncomfortable continuing to test a product that interferes with my home's electrical system.

Given these circumstances, I would like to return the product for a full refund. As the malfunction appears to be with the product itself and not due to misuse on my part, I believe it would be fair for your company to cover the return postage costs.

Regarding your previous email, I've checked my spam and junk folders, but cannot locate any response from April 30th. Perhaps you could resend that email directly to ensure I receive it.

I hope we can resolve this matter promptly and amicably.

Extremely Poor Customer Service!!

I purchased two grounding sheets from Grounding Official on March 31st. Unfortunately, I didn't see that I needed to change the size sheet on the 2nd one I ordered, so I received the wrong size. It has taken almost a full month, and I still do not have a return shipping label. They are now telling me that I have to pay for return shipping, even though it is not on their website. The website claims to provide a 100% refund. To have to pay shipping back to Germany is NOT a 100% refund! I have called and left voice messages four times, and written about six emails. No one has ever called back, and although I've received a few emails, they are few and far between. Based on the long wait times to get a reply and the fact that this issue is still not resolved, I give this company a 1-star review. I will never buy from them, nor recommend them ever again.

Company will not refund/replace defective sheet

**UPDATE**
Your response is untrue, so I would also like to clarify a few things. This process started on 03/27, and I have done nothing but be responsive to what was asked of me to process my refund or exchange. I sent a video as requested on 03/27 and received a response that day that it was being forwarded to management. I sent an email on 04/01 inquiring how long the process generally takes. I received a response on 04/06 requesting that I try alternate grounding replacements. No video was requested in that email, and this was the final response to any of my inquiries. I replied on 04/07, stating that I had tried using multiple outlets as well as all the possible connectors, and asked what the next steps were; no reply. I would love to see your email logs and the email that was sent to me concerning this matter. Another email checking status on 04/10, and the last email on 04/16. Keep in mind, phone messages were being left in between and after the emails that were not responded to as well. There was no other choice but for me to contact my credit card company. What would you have done if you were receiving no response to multiple attempts via multiple channels?

I purchased a pillowcase and fitted sheet. I contacted Grounding Oficial to tell them order #162116 has been tested for both using a voltage meter, and the pillowcase is working, but the fitted sheet is NOT. Upon their request, we sent them a video showing this for proof. They were very nice and responsive, UNTIL I sent that video. It has now been over a month with constant calls, voicemail messages and e-mails to them and they will not get back to us AT ALL. They had no problem taking our money BUT they will not ship us a new fitted sheet OR refund us, despite their 90-day refund policy. If you have no issues with their products, you're in luck. If not, beware this is a shady company that does not stand by their products or policies.

We absolutely stand by the quality of our products, and whenever a defect is confirmed, we always replace or refund without hesitation. In your case, we received your initial video and kindly asked for further testing (such as trying alternative grounding pin placements) to help us be 100% certain before proceeding. Unfortunately, we never received a follow-up video confirming the requested changes, which is necessary before we can issue a replacement.

Additionally, as you’ve already initiated a chargeback, we’re legally unable to process a direct refund while that case remains open. Once a chargeback is filed, the matter is handled between your bank and our payment processor, and we're unable to take further action on the refund from our side until the case is resolved.

As for communication, our logs show we responded to all of your inquiries between February 8 and April 11. If something was missed, that was certainly not our intention, and we’re happy to continue assisting you.

We’re here to help, and we hope we can still resolve this once the chargeback process is complete.

My wife ordered a set of the grounding sheets. We opened the box and didn't even unpack the box and realized this was not for us. We immediately returned as quickly as we could to get our money back and 2 months later we still have not been credited back our money. All they do is send back an e-mail stating that something is wrong with their system and we need to be patient. I called the only number listed, (855) 533-0386 and message says to leave a message and they will return your call. Nobody will ever call me back. Seems like they are waiting until 90 days are up and then they will tell us we are out of luck. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU CHECK WITH SOMEONE ELSE THAT HAS THESE!! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR $157 BACK!!! Our order number was 161658.

Grounding Works

Grounding works, and these sheets changed my life. If you are in pain, try these. They worked for me, so I purchased them for my Mom; they were life-changing for her, too. We both had results after just one night. I will NEVER be without these. Of course, it depends on the cause of the pain, so they might not work for everyone, but these are not a scam. I hope they work for you as great as they were for me!

Poor quality and deceptive website wording

I don't recommend this company and strongly question their integrity. I ordered a set of sheets and a pillowcase on 3/7, noting the "90-day money back guarantee" and figured I'd try them out. When I placed the order, the checkout page noted that I had "Express shipping" of 5-7 days. After about 8 days I still didn't get my order; when I reached out, they said they "understood my confusion" but that "the total expected delivery time is typically 14-16 days from the date of your purchase, depending on your location." So that was the first red flag.

When I finally got my sheets (2 weeks after ordering), they felt very cheap and low quality. They wrinkled badly after following the washing instructions. My husband and I tried sleeping on them for several nights, and they were not breathable at all, nor did they help our sleep. They note under their refund policy "We have a 90-day risk-free return policy, which means you can return your order for any reason during the 90 days after delivery. To start a return, you can email us. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package." However, when I reached out to get said shipping label, they told me that shipping labels are only provided for customers that request to cancel within 24 hours after placing the order. I looked into it, and the cost to ship the sheets back to Germany is $90 at minimum. This is over half of what I paid for them! When I voiced my concerns that their wording is deceptive, they stated "We acknowledge that the wording on our website may not have been as clear as it should be, and we truly regret any misunderstanding this may have caused." Basically, too bad so sad.

Final red flag - I published a 2 star review on the quality of the sheets, and it was never published to their website. If you look at the reviews on their website, there are ZERO reviews of 3 stars or under. It's quite obvious that they don't publish those - yet another red flag.

I highly recommend purchasing from another U.S. based grounding company - this one has very low honesty/integrity. They acknowledge that their wording is deceiving but certainly aren't changing it. I'm hoping that in writing this review, I can save others from making the same mistake I did...now I'm stuck with poor quality sheets that are not comfortable, nor do they produce the results as claimed.

Checkout process

I was not happy about the end of the checkout process. It automatically added another sheet to my cart. I didn’t realize I needed to decline this u til the order was placed. I emailed customer service to ask for a refund on one of the sheets and haven’t heard back about that yet.

I'm a big believer in grounding

I'm a big believer in grounding, but all these gadgets always seemed a bit odd to me, so I was pretty skeptical. But this winter, I though, why not? I decided to try the sheet, since grounding outside isn't exactly an option when the ground is frozen. I've got to admit, I was wrong, the sheet feels just as effective if not better and the convenience is unbeatable. Honestly, I'm really glad I gave it a shot!

Beware! No return possible

I tried to return my order as soon as I received it as I changed my mind and was told I had to pay to do so. Paid $76 to return to address they gave me in Germany. Luckily I got tracking number which said item was refused. Let company know Feb 21 and they just keep apologizing for delay with refund. No explanation as to why it was refused. Received the sheets back a week ago. Let the company know through email (phone calls not answered) that I don’t want them, want refund and no response. So now I’m out the $76 and cost of sheets that I don’t want. Definitely no 90 day return policy. Beware!!

I have not had a good experience with…

I have not had a good experience with this company. Their responses have been either slow or they have given me the silent treatment. So far they have been unwillingly to let me know if I will receive a full refund.

As an addendum, I have also noticed that the company does not show any reviews on their website in the 3,2,1 ⭐ starred responses, so this is something that I will keep in mind for future shopping on other websites.

Unhelpful

I "lost' the small plug that comes with the sheet - this is the response from the company

"I understand your concern, and I sincerely apologize for any confusion. Since we are unable to offer a replacement, we recommend purchasing a new grounding bed sheet."

Bed sheet more than US$100 - small plastic plug a few cents!!

So here is how the company can do better:
Firstly include a spare - its not an expensive item
Secondly send a replacement

Suggesting any customer buys a whole new sheet for the loss of a plug is unhelpful, inconsiderate and damaging to the environment.

Complete silence after ordering

Updated on 04/29/25. I decided to return my sheets because I still haven’t seen any effects. When I contacted the company (4 or 5x) I finally received 4 emails with a form letter telling me where to send my sheets. However, their website return policy says they will send me a return label and and guarantees a 100% money back guarantee. They even state that they realize buying on line can be daunting but there is zero risk with this company. Except they didn’t send me a return label and they want me to ship my order back to Germany (from the US) at my expense. This doesn’t seem risk free and it certainly isn’t honest in that they didn’t send the return label. I feel certain that they will drag this out until I am outside of my return window.

I’ve received my sheets and pillowcases. I have seen absolutely zero benefit so far. And I have contacted the company three times since I receive them to ask questions and I have heard zero response. during the ordering process they were very responsive. Since then, crickets. I highly doubt I could ever actually return the sheets with their 90 day guarantee.
Update: after writing this review, the company reached out to me. I had left 2 emails and 1 VM so it would be hard to believe they were just missed and it is a bummer a negative review is what it took. I am glad to hear the return window is 90 days not 30 as I had previously thought. Still no noticeable changes in my sleep or other areas but the company said this could take a while.

Wish I would’ve read these reviews…

Wish I would’ve read these reviews before buying.
I saw they had a return policy thinking I could try it without worry since there were so many options online. Tried it and want to return it. First they wanted a picture, fine, sent. Then they sent me a German address for return despite shipment received from New York. The website says they’ll send a label but they said I need to send them the delivery confirmation number. Apparently it’ll cost me $170 + (usps price, ups was more) to return a $90 sheet. This is ridiculous and a scam if I’ve ever seen one. Wasn’t going to post negative since it didn’t work for me but since the company is obviously not truly accepting returns, the negative is them. The sheet obviously works for some but did nothing for me and my husband (except felt like I static shocked everything).

Update- they’re emailing me about the return which I appreciate.

Poor Quality & Frustrating Return Process

I was excited to try this grounding sheet, but unfortunately, it didn’t work as expected. One of the snaps where the grounding wire connects was missing, which may have affected its functionality. Even when using one of the functional snaps, I didn’t experience the benefits I had hoped for.

When I contacted customer service about returning the item under their 90-day policy, it took them several days to respond. When they finally did, they said I had to pay to ship it back to Germany—even though it was originally sent from California. I asked for a prepaid shipping label but never got a response. In the end, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and I’m still waiting on the outcome. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless they step up their quality control and make returns easier.

I needed to replace the grounding wire…

I needed to replace the grounding wire that plugs onto my fitted bedsheet, as my Kitten had been chewing on it & left it in 4 pieces. I enquired about it on the website & they were very prompt with a reply & emailed me a direct link to purchase a new one. I was very happy with the fast & friendly service.

False Marketing Practices

Grounding Official is guilty of marketing fraud. They promised a 90-day risk free timeframe for the king size earthing bed sheet that I purchased on 12/24/2024. Their website states the following exactly: "We have a 90-day risk-free return policy, which means you can return your order for any reason during the 90 days after delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at supportatgroundingofficial.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package." (For some reason, Trust Pilot doesn't allow one to enter an email address)
In any event, on 1/17/2025, having received no benefit from the product, I requested a refund at the company's contact email. After numerous attempts, someone finally indicated that I could ship the product to Germany. So, I sent them a message asking for the "return shipping label" per the language on their website. They have refused to provide the label although I have followed up many times and showed them copies of their policy. I also have a screen print of the policy.
I wrote a negative review on their website but it never got posted. No surprise there. It looks like they don't post the reviews regarding their deceptive marketing practices but fortunately Trust Pilot does.

RETURN POLICY IS NOT TRUE

I tried to return the sheet as per the website policy and they are refusing to send me a shipping label. They keep copy and pasting info from previous emails and refuse to honor their return policy.
It has been a horrendous experience.
I was going to re-order as all that is wrong is I ordered the wrong size. But I will never deal with them again. It has been emails back and forth and no reconciliation or effort on their part to fix this.

I received a mat from a high school…

I received a mat from a high school friend. When I first put my feet on it body memory flashed me back to childhood when we played barefoot outside. It was interesting because if I were to guess I would have thought the cellular memory would have jumped back to high school when we camped and lifeguarded all summer. She said her mat helped her and since my son has a similar problem, I just bought the sheet for him. I’m looking forward to healthier days ahead for us all!
