Great experience! The Microsoft Office 2024 lifetime license worked perfectly and was easy to install. Smooth purchase process and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

I buy phoenix toilet paper, I stock up. Children work hard. I make sure they have the necessary supplies at home.
That they don’t have to worry about .
That is what good parenting does.

Made a mistake when booking a hotel through Groupon so I contacted the hotel and they were willing to allow me to cancel my booking and rebook the correct one if Groupon would agree to cancel, I spent an hour explaining it to Groupon, all they need to do is confirm with the hotel the cancellation but you guessed it, they refused to do even though the amendment would have meant much more money for them. Needless to say, I won't be using Groupon again, customer satisfaction and repeat business means nothing to them, be careful when dealing with them

Being an old man of 89 I was not able to down load it and install it myself so a friend did it for me.
He did'nt have any problems with it. I have tried it and it seems ok so far. pleased with service and product.

Website crashed (Error 403), took my money twice, and Groupon is refusing a cash refund in breach of their CMA promises. Not good enough. Also, be careful taking anything the live chat agents say as gospel. Told me they can't send a live chat transcript to email after they'd already done it two days prior and then accepted they can and would - but they haven't. They're either liars or incompetent.

Purchased a spa voucher which I was unable to redeem as it was limited to 5 locations in the UK, which were many miles away from me.
Groupon refusing to refund, even though the voucher was advertised to be available at any of the leisure club locations at the point of purchase. Customer service have not been at all helpful. I will have to issue a charge back or start a small claims proceeding to get my money back. This is the last time I will use Groupon.

Finally able to use Word again.. very awkward to use documents without as they were almost all word
Tricky to uninstall old version of Office but maybe down to me,

excellent company. I purchased Office 2024 Professional and it downloaded and installed with no issues. I would use this company again.

Someone redeemed my voucher and I struggle to arrange a refund with Groupon or Slug&Lettuce.

Really friendly attentive staff,I also for once left a restaurant feeling full.
Beer was really nice and pizza and pasta were tasteful and worth the price.

Groupon has turned into a fake and dodgy products, software, and probably a drug-selling forum. Avoid.

Still trying to get help went to customer support complete waste of time they have taken my money on a unused coupon but no one listens I might have to go to a small claims court to settle this with compensation 😡😡😡

Disappointed with product. It advertised as being bright pink, and this is a pale mucky water colour. Could be wrong product inside bottle. Badly protected in package to me, and lucky glass didn't smash.

Ordered a spa voucher, then whenever I tried to actually book to use the voucher the spa told me they had no availability. I complained to Groupon and after several painful customer services chats they eventually refunded in Groupon credit but denied my requests for a cash refund

Good for some things but not all of the items they sell are very good quality.
BE CAREFUL WITH BUYING BEDDING IT MAY NOT BE WHAT YOU EXPECT.
