When at first inputting the product key didn't work, I panicked and thought I'd bought a dud. Then was told - don't log in to your microsoft account and follow the instructions to the letter and 'voila' it worked perfectly!! Really happy.

Dishonest practices from both the platform and the sellers, full of hidden fees (including fees not in the fine print). If the business does not honour the service, groupon refuses to issue a refund, Groupon is a terrible company that scams people

My daughter bought us a Groupon for afternoon tea and spa. We returned from holiday just prior to the day and I had contracted infectious gastroenteritis which, for health and safety reasons, prevented me from using the spa. I've raised this issue on their complaints "Resolver" site but they've not responded. Looking at these reviews they don't bother responding either. I will take this to the end because they are ripping people off.

I had such a lovely experience getting my eyelashes done! I booked a session with infills at Royaltop, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The lady who did my lashes was incredibly patient, friendly, and made me feel really comfortable throughout.

What stood out the most was her attention to detail and the complimentary service she provided during my refill — it really showed how much she cares about her clients and the quality of her work.

My lashes look amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and beautiful results!

I am extremely frustrated with Groupon. I paid for a service that was never provided, and Groupon flat-out refused to give me a refund. Their customer service is a joke-there is absolutely no way to reach a real person. All they offer is an automated chat that goes in circles and provides zero actual help.

It feels impossible to resolve even the simplest issue, and it's clear they are not interested in supporting their customers when something goes wrong. I strongly warn anyone considering Groupon: if your purchase doesn't go perfectly, you will be stuck with no service, no refund, and no way to talk to a human being.

Booked and paid for a trademarked Treatment x 3.
On arrival to the salon it was apparent this was not going to happen. The machine which this treatment is preformed was not present.
A slapshod facial was performed ansi was happy to leave as I could see none of the equipment was clean. Reported to Groupon believing they would be interested to know…… how wrong was I ! No refund , still advertising the “ Hydrafacial” so lots of othered will be scammed

Have a ongoing dispute with groupon i bought 2 vouchers for a restaurant i Liverpool hee kee when I came t redeem found out that the restaurant was currently closed and referred me to a Warrington restaurant as I couldn't redeem as advertised at the restaurant in Liverpool tried to get back a refund found it very difficult to say the least as I got firstly on one a credit to my groupon account the second I put in a charge back yo my bank account through the banking system as I was getting no where with my dispute finally groupon contacted me after many messages and ask me to cancel my charge back and they will try to sort it out i refused there request as there was no guarantee that they would sort it if I did as they requested also more concerninly is that the aforesaid restaurant is still advertising there Liverpool restaurant upon further investigation on this restaurant I found that they were in trouble with local authority at another Liverpool buissines adress further looked them up on the companies register and it didn't look very good my advice is beware of what you buy or buy from for the advertising is not allowed it seems

I paid about £14 for a lifetime subscription to Microsoft Office via Groupon. The process took about 30 minutes and involved a long series of instructions but now I have a full suite of MSOffice 2024. This is a huge saving over the annual £85 subscription that Apple were asking me for.
