Problems with car explained well but no pressure made . Timely work done

The list of items for sale is quite good and selection is a simple process. I have an ongoing problem with the Office 2021 that I purchased from Desol but I assume they are a different entity, so I don't hold Groupon responsible for that.

Easy to book. Groupon allows me to view the availability of bookings for a particular restaurant in the next few weeks before purchasing the coupon. This is particularly handy if I need to arrange for a family dinner before purchasing the coupons. It would be great if Groupon includes more restaurant deals. Thank you

Bought teeth whitening for my son and accidentally bought 3 separate sessions instead of the option to have the 3 session bundle at a heavily discounted rate. The refund process was easy and clear .. so I was refunded for the individual sessions .. then went straight back and bought the bundle which made me super happy because.. everybody loves a bargain! As an add-on.. the teeth whitening at Mouthguard Studio at East Gosford was great.. really made a difference after just one session.

The cleaning service was great, met all the expectations. However I was told it would be $50 extra for the balcony clean but then was told I needed to pay $75. The owner also said I hadn’t paid the full amount for the service when I did though and group on took a part for commission. Just thought that was unprofessional. But overall I was happy with the service.

I had a very disappointing experience with a massage deal on Groupon. The business listed was dodgy with no physical presence or shop and the location felt unsafe, tucked in a dark alley and split between two separate spaces for skin and massage. The massage itself was the worst I’ve ever had — the therapist lacked basic technique, barely used any oil, and simply rubbed my back without any real skill or pressure. Despite clearly requesting an oil massage only, I was repeatedly asked to pay an extra $10 for a hot stone add-on, which I declined. Shockingly, the therapist used the stones anyway and ended up burning my back. Completely unprofessional and not worth the time or money.
Whe following up with Groupon, there was no resolution just saying sorry that's all.
Avoid Groupon at any costs.

I took my daughter for a mother daughter day out and it’s was wonderful with both of us enjoying the experience. Booking was easy via sms and the ladies who work there were friendly and attentive . We made a day of it using all facilities on offer. The massage was pure joy and relaxing. Probably one of the best massages we had. Facial was a nice ending and again relaxing. We enjoyed it so much that we will be going again.

Lovely massage, however I booked for a 60 minute session and it was only 50 minutes.. so that was unfortunate.
