Terrible
i used your service just once and i wont use it again. I had to talk with your customer service 5 times in a day; your agents either abandoned the chat or gave irrelevant answers to my questions. i had to pay 81,99 euros for a treatment which i booked through you; the clinic asked me more money to repeat the process whereas it already did not work the first time at all. it is a joke. Horrible service.

I was scammed by Belleza Total…
I was scammed by the esthetic center Belleza Total. They sold me a service with the intention to charge me more once in their esthetic center. They told me during the appointment that they diodo laser frequence was weak and for more money they could use another much effective device. I declined the offer. The sessions were too fast and I literally felt nothing. Not only that but the hair kept growing and never fell off in one month. It is not my first time doing this treatment but it is the first time I see no results. I was warned by the lady at the esthetic center that their laser is weak, but then why they sell something that is defective and not working properly? Belleza total has lot of bad reviews and many people have written reviews about their depilation coupon from groupon in google and how they are stealing people's money. I believe Coupon should depurate companies better, because companies like Belleza Total harm their business. From the 5 sections I only used 3 and I regretted it deeply.

Alicia is such a good skin carer
Alicia is such a good skin carer, the skin around my nose has never been so deeply cleaned even if I had had cleaning treatment a few months before, no one had give me the excellent skin treatment like Alicia, plus she has fantastic hands. Very recomendable.
