We had dinner at Pizzart in Recoletos and we will not return, we made the mistake of going with a Groupon promotion and it was an unpleasant experience, they worked half an hour or more between courses, we argued with one of the waitresses about the promotion, the door was open and It was cold, and the food was very average, particularly the pizza, too bad, we won't be back and we won't use Grupon either, they treat you badly

Everything good

Everything good. Is important to read conditions yon cannot use the ticked the same day which you bought it but next day without any problem. Good experience

Service not great

Spa was lovely. Service not so great, we didn’t receive glass of cava Abs we booked for tickets. It was for a birthday surprise so quite upsetting that they remembered to tell us when to exit the pool, but not so great at remembering to offer us a glass before or even after our spa experience

Customer is not a priority

Customer is not a priority

Bought a Groupon to go ice skating and 2 weeks later I sprained my ankle so I cannot go anymore. Contacting the customer service and the apporach ia very robotic, repetitive answrsa and no willingness to find alternative. I understand the terms of service but they are not really made to help customers. Basically if somet emergency or surprise happens you lose all your money and they don't offer any alternative whatsoever (I don't even want full reimbursement, maybe some discount in another offer or help reselling so the money does not go to waste?)

Going from customer service and customer care experience from Amazon to groupon is like day and night, it's easy to see which company actually cares for customers.
