No chance for a replacement or refund
I bought a mattress but it didn´t feel comfortable so I asked for a replacement the next day after the delivery. The customer service said that reason was not good enough to attend to my inquiry.

Great Discovery.
Groupon has been a great discovery for me. It is an easy access portal that offfers the best discounts for many items you want, be It a cinema ticket or an online course. In my case, It offered me a discount for the online course that prepares you for the TOEFL exam. It also has a clear interface, even in mobile version, that facilitates your navigation through the many discounts It has available. I definetly recommend It.

AMIGO TOURS Misleading advertisement
The Groupon advertisement did not show exacty what the tour operator Amigo Tours was really going to offer in the end. If you pay an expensive service (€95) at Groupon, It is disappointing if you don’t get what you had expected. Otherwise I would have got the Alhambra tickets on the Alhambra website!!! We went there on a tour that was supposed to be a 3-hour complete tour and it didn’t include the Nasrid Palaces. Who on earth goes to the Alhambra and not go to the Palaces - if they are the highlight!!?? The Groupon title was completely misleading saying “Nasrid Palaces optional” but they never gave us the option!!! I called the tour operator Amigo Tours but they showed no interest in solving the situation. They just didn’t care and took no responsibility - even when the rest of the group had experienced the same problem. Apparently it had happened before as well. I feel customer service is useless in Spain. Worst of all is that I bought the tickets for my foreign friends as a gift and they left with real disappointment.
