Shady practices, they'll discount products that aren't available. Ordered hardware for full subscription price, then they went to discount the hardware that wasn't available anymore.
They don't want to fix the pricing for someone who has been a customer with multiple hardware orders over 3 years, they only want to give a coupon for my next order which is 75% off (translates to about 10 euros total).
As they don't want to help the customer, I will cancel all my services when I can and not use this shady service anymore in the future.
Update 2026:
They had issues with their financial services to where I got called almost daily about outstanding payments that were already done from my side and I sent them the bank receipts. They were too lazy to put down a marker next to my name about the situation and kept calling instead of looking at previous contact over email and phone.
My contracts are slowly ending one by one and will be returning all the hardware.

I’ve been a Grover customer for some time and previously had smooth experiences. Unfortunately, my last rental turned into an unacceptable situation that took 10 months to resolve.
After returning a device in December 2024, I continued to be charged monthly for almost a year — even though Grover’s own support team confirmed in writing that the item had arrived at their warehouse. Despite multiple emails and messages through every possible channel (including Business Chat and email), I received no proper response.
Only after persistent follow-ups did someone finally acknowledge the issue, admitting that the automated cancellation system “did not execute correctly.” This internal error caused me to be wrongfully billed for ten consecutive months, without any proactive communication or correction from Grover’s side.
I eventually received the refund, but no goodwill compensation for the time, stress, and administrative effort caused by their repeated negligence. Worse, the final response seemed to shift the blame onto me, suggesting I might have used the wrong return label — something impossible, since I never had physical access to the parcel after it was mistakenly delivered elsewhere by the courier.
As a customer who followed every instruction and acted in good faith, I expected more professionalism, empathy, and accountability from a company operating at Grover’s scale. Technical errors can happen — but 10 months of silence, repeated wrongful charges, and lack of ownership go far beyond a simple oversight.
I hope this feedback encourages Grover to review their customer support, refund, and return-tracking processes, and to treat long-term customers with the respect and transparency they deserve.
